Jailed journalist, Sam Dodson-as mentioned here-has been released from the Keene, NH jail were he had been held for nearly two months. According to Sam, still wearing jail duds, on the talk radio program Free Talk Live, he complied with none of the demands of the Court, specifically that he provide his legal name and address.

Apparently, as related by Sam, the Judge and the jailers involved decided to get him out of jail today for reasons that are unknown. They offered him bail conditions similar to what had been previously offered-that he provide his legal name and address-that he refused to accept. After some time, they simply ejected him from the jail, with seemingly no bail agreement.

His discussion about the release on FTL (available as a free stream) is simply not to be missed.

Sam has a trial date set for June 15.
