Citizens Bank Park offers gluten-free food; Phillies will host Celiac Awareness Night

Philadelphia, PA - Citizens Bank Park has taken notice of the gluten-free diet and recently began incubating menu choices for those living with Celiac Disease or those simply choosing to live a gluten-free lifestyle.

At Citizens Bank Park, gluten-free hotdogs and buns can now be bought at the South Philly Market behind section 128. 

Did you know the Phillies will host their first-ever Celiac Awareness Night on July 20th, 2009?

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness and the Philadelphia Phillies are working together to raise awareness about Celiac Disease. Join the NFCA and Celiac Groups in the Delaware Valley when the Phillies play the Chicago Cubs. Gluten-free food and beverages will be available.

Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disease with symptoms that vary and can resemble those of other conditions. People with Celiac Disease require a gluten-free diet. The NFCA will be at the game with helpful information about Celiac Disease and how to get tested. For more information on this event click here.
