They are calling her the "Paris Hilton of Russia."
Katia Verber, 24, who had the extreme good fortune of being born into an über wealthy family in a country where toilet paper was once considered a luxury item, gets chauffeured around Moscow in a gold Bentley, carries a $7,000 titanium Vertu cell phone, and has a designer handbag collection that would make Kimora Lee Simmons jealous.
As Marie Claire reports, the Russian billionaire heiress spends her days and nights shopping, clubbing, eating $26 dollar California rolls, and, oh, working as a buyer for her mother, Alla Verber's, luxury goods company.
Katia also dotes on her dainty Yorkshire terriers.
Lets hope she has the good sense to wear underwear when being photographed by the paparazzi.
