H. Michael Mogil is a seasoned meteorologist with expertise in weather forecasting, science writing, teacher training and forensic applications. He earned his M.S. degree in meteorology from Florida State University and the Certified Broadcast and Certified Consulting Meteorology seals from the American Meteorological Society.
