Remedy is getting a bit confusing lately about their statements on an Alan Wake sequel. First there's denial that it's even happening, then there's quotes that lead us to believe that a second Alan Wake might just be a possibility.
"The first episode is The Signal and shortly after that we'll follow with The Writer and if there's one thing we can promise it's by the end of The Writer you'll definitely know where we're going to go with Alan Wake," the head of development, Osarki Hakkinen states on the latest issue of OXM.
"We not going to leave you on a cliffhanger. Our plan was that Alan Wake is Season One, core story, the DLC bridges to where we're possibly going to go, and then Season Two is a full story."
Hakkinen tells us that the pieces will fall together with the Alan Wake story. I'm sure the pieces will also fall together on the talk of a sequel, as well.
