A series of photographs posted online on Thursday, January 5, 2012 shows a UFO sighting that took place in Viareggio, Italy recently. The fleet of six unidentified flying objects was seen over the beach in front of the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. The spectacular photographs show the glorious facade of the hotel, which first opened to the public in 1922. The UFO fleet shines in the sky overhead.
According to mircopiccioli1: "They [the UFO fleet] seem[ed] to be moving in the traditional gravitational field manner as seen in numerous sightings worldwide." The first few photographs show a few smears of light against the blackness of the sky. As the pictures progress, the number of visible unidentified flying objects seems to grow.
Mirco Piccioli is the man behind the UFO photographs. He is an artist based in Viareggio, Italy, the site of the UFO sighting. Piccioli is a self-proclaimed "underground artist" who specializes in conceptual art, film, photography, installation art and video, according to his website. He also created the music that accompanies these UFO photos on YouTube.
The photographs also show how the objects changed position over time. While the UFO fleet remained in the same general location above the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte Viareggio throughout the UFO sighting, the individual orbs seemed to shift back and forth in the sky.
