One of the authors, distinguished University of California, Irvine Professor of Cognitive Sciences Kourosh Saberi even went so far as to state how "Speech is a multidimensional stimulus. There are different ways you can extract a message from it.”

Interpreting the Secrets
The secret UFO messages of IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano allude not only to a sensitivity for the UFO topic, but personal knowledge and experience of ET contact as well. One message voiced in the first person (“A saucer. I see it”) suggests how the DG himself has seen a UFO.
The predictions of former Canadian NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham regarding mass ET interventions in the face of humanity's proven failure to balance the demands of heavy industry with environmental protections provide a likely explanation for the type of “invasion” the DG's messages describe. Evidence for such an intervention is also found in a secret message encrypted backwards in President Barack Obama's inaugural address, a message that this reporter described as a reference to an ET event “on the scale of the Iraq War”.
The DG's messages also raise themes of Japanese UFO crash and recovery operations, such as the incident and cover-up that reportedly took place on Shikoku Island in 2008.
A message alluding to the ocean as a possible source of UFO activity parallels descriptions of underwater UFO bases in the “Devil's Triangle” region of the Philippine Sea, off the east coast of Japan. These bases suggest an explanation for numerous USO and missing vessel reports from this region, mirroring events in the better known “Bermuda Triangle” off the southeast coast of Florida.
The DG's messages further describe intelligence operations and military systems jamming capabilities. For example, the “ghost in saucer” could be related to recently reported messages interpreted by this reporter as the signatures of ghost operatives, intelligence agents or spies engaged in black-budget mind-control.
Tears of the Mother
The “Cosmic Gaia” message is mirrored in the story of the Utsuro Bune. According to the Edo period (1603-1868) text Hyouryuukishuu ("Tales of Castaways"), a “vessel washed ashore at Harashagahama in Hitachi-no-kuni (present-day Ibaraki prefecture). The body of the ship, described as 3.3 meters tall and 5.4 meters wide, had been built from red sandalwood and iron and was fitted with windows of glass or crystal. The mysterious characters of an unknown alphabet were found inscribed inside the vessel. Aboard the drifting vessel was a finely dressed young woman with a pale face and red eyebrows and hair. She was estimated to be between 18 and 20 years old. Because she spoke an unfamiliar tongue, those that encountered her were unable to determine from whence she came. In her arms she clutched a plain wooden box that appeared to be of great value to her, as she would allow nobody to approach it.”
The drawings accompanying the text reveal how the ship is decorated with coronal rays, such as those that emanate from the Sun. This visual clue suggests that the UFO is the Sun, or something like the Sun that is bright yet safe for people to experience at a very close distance. From this perspective, the mysterious woman and her Sun (Son) mirror the depictions of Madonna and Child from western orthodox iconography. As Tantric archetypes, the bright orb and the mysterious woman are the shivashakti pair, Shakti as the kundalini goddess and the orb as a conceptual Shiva, or Cosmic Consciousness.
In the progressive unconscious vision of IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano, the Cosmic Mother weeps in the face of environmental destruction while spiritually-evolved ET's intervene as guardian angels of the planet and humanity's future.
