ET influence on Canada's future highlighted in leadership debate analysis

Unconscious references to ET contact were detected in the statements of key political figures during an analysis of last night's Canadian leadership debate. While responding to a question from Gibsons, BC resident Len Gould regarding crime and safety, Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe involuntarily disclosed information in the form of an encrypted narrative describing his unconscious recollection of a naked encounter with “little brown aliens”. The secret message parallels covert remarks from a former US president commenting on the 2007 presidential debates, indicating how alien abduction colours the personal history of political leaders in both countries. Detection of secret alien abduction histories as revealed in these studies underscores how the application of a robust Disclosure technology for access to unconscious intelligence regarding the nature of UFO encounters is instrumental in charting the future of G20 nations and NATO partners. This story is the subject of a new episode of The Secret Message Report – Podcast Edition, produced by Vancouver UFO Examiner and former CBS Radio feature producer, Jon Kelly.

Gibsons, located on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast, is a 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver. The question regarding crime and safety was one of six from a reported 6,000 questions submitted by members of the Canadian public that was used during the first hour of the debate, aired nationally on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 7-9pm EST. The Federal Election, to be held in May, follows the defeat of Stephen Harper's minority Conservative Party on a motion of non-confidence. In a first for any Commonwealth nation, the Harper government was cited by the Liberal opposition for contempt of Parliament in late March. Earlier this year, Money Magazine named Gibson's, BC the fourth most liveable Canadian city, noting ironically how the community is subject to “little crime”.

Mirror Messages

The open source analytic methodology used in detecting the secret messages of Canadian political leaders reflected a graph of their digitally sampled speech across the Y axis, enabling audio playback and monitoring in reverse. The messages detected through this procedure are formed by unconscious processes related to sleep talking and Freudian slips. These communications repeatedly provide involuntary disclosures that reveal hidden contents of the speaker's unconscious mind. Examiner.com has previously reported how such analysis has proven effective in the gathering of intelligence for military, political, forensic, clinical and UFO Disclosure applications.

Examiner.com has also reported how Vancouver-based investigative research studying the detection of secret messages encrypted backwards within the human voice fulfills legacy demands from the scientific community for an advanced technique of UFO witness interrogation. Eminent researcher and US government UFO scientist Dr. J. Allen Hynek wrote in his book The UFO Experience - A Scientific Inquiry how "[The 1960's US Air Force Project] Blue Book was a "cover-up" to the extent that the assigned problem was glossed over for one reason or another. In my many years association with Blue Book, I do not recall ever one serious discussion of methodology, of improving the process of data gathering or of techniques of comprehensive interrogation of witnesses."

Multidimensional Speech

The method used in the leadership debate study complies with the standards and results of a published study in which human listeners monitored speech sounds that had been subject to various degrees of mirror filtering in order to measure their relative intelligibility under highly filtered conditions. Commenting on the results of this study, Britain’s prestigious Royal Society noted how "It is remarkable that speech remains reasonably intelligible even under conditions of extreme distortion, such as ... time reversal of segments of speech (Saberi & Perrott 1999)" - Brian C.J. Moore, "Basic auditory processes involved in the analysis of speech sounds", (Phil. Trans. R. Soc. B12 March 2008 vol. 363 no. 1493 947-963) The authors of the study told Nature, one of the premier publications in science, how "We have studied the intelligibility of speech, and find it is resistant to time reversal of local segments of a spoken sentence" - Kourosh Saberi and David R. Perrott, "Cognitive restoration of reversed speech", (Nature 398 (29 April 1999) 760). One of the authors, distinguished University of California, Irvine Professor of Cognitive Sciences Kourosh Saberi even went so far as to state how "Speech is a multidimensional stimulus. There are different ways you can extract a message from it.”

Alien Secrets

A partial transcript of last night's Canadian leadership debate is provided below, revealing the spoken context where secret messages were unconsciously encrypted backwards in comments from Conservative, Liberal, NDP and Bloc Québécois leaders responding to crime and safety issues.

Michael Ignatieff, Liberal Party of Canada: “When Mr. Harper says if he gets another government in the first 100 days we're going to have some giant omnibus crime bill, I don't know about you. That gives me the shivers. We've got to have balance in criminal justice and we're not going to get it from the Harper government. I met a young boy in Winnipeg, just speaking to what Mr. Layton said, who was poised between falling back into a gang or finishing high school. That's the critical pivot moment in crime prevention strategy.”

Secret Message: I miss that alien.

Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada: Well, we're making investments in youth crime prevention programs. In fact, there were renewal of those very programs in the budget we just tabled before Parliament and yet, all the opposition parties decided to combine and force an unnecessary election instead. I hope we get re-elected, we're able to pass those important ... because they have been effective programs. But none of that relieves us of our responsibility, to make sure that punishment fits the crime. As Len [Gould] says, that is simply not the case in too many instances in government today.”

Secret Message: Pushes a bylaw. Alien.

Jack Layton, New Democratic Party of Canada: “ ... drifting the temptations of crime and then ultimately ending up in jail in far too high a percentage. And here's Shawn Atleo, the national chief, calling for a focus on education, a focus on housing, getting clean water into these communities, dealing the with the fundamental poverty. And it's not just in aboriginal communities but it certainly is terribly severe there. These are some of the fundamental underlying causes of what we're talking about here that we have tackle as a country. But when you're giving away corporate tax cuts by the billions so that they can give million dollar bonuses to the richest people in the country, you're not going to get down that path.”

Secret Message: An alien thing.

Gilles Duceppe, Bloc Québécois: “The problem with your attitude is instead of debating and having experts coming to the committees, explaining their point of views and taking the time to change things ... Some of the things have to be changed, but you're trying to put everything in the same bill. Just like the sixth of the sentence, that could have been done long before. You were refusing just for political reason, not to give us the credit of having [proposed] it. I think this is not the attitude, how to work and face those youth challenges of living.”

Secret Message: The past. I'm naked with these little brown aliens.

Unconscious Parallels

President Jimmy Carter's 2007 reflections on the UFO remarks of US Congressman Dennis Kucinich contained an encrypted message describing a UFO abduction. Mr. Kucinich was asked during one of the debates leading up to the 2008 US presidential election to comment on an account from actress Shirley MacLaine that he once saw a UFO at her home in Washington State. President Carter told CNN, “Well, a UFO is an unidentified flying object and when I was back as a peanut farmer and the head of a Lions Club in southwest Georgia, I and about 25 others saw something in the air that changed colors and was round and came and left. We couldn't figure out what it was.”

Secret Message: Saucer. Went out naked. Going out. They'll put it in him.

The common themes identified in the secret messages of President Carter and Canadian Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe which pertain to nudity, aliens and flying saucers strongly suggest how both parties are reasonable candidates for CE4 designation as participants in close encounters of the fourth kind, or alien abduction.

Close Encounters Explained

The “Close Encounters” system of classification for describing UFO contact was first suggested by Dr. J. Allen Hynek in his book The UFO Experience - A Scientific Inquiry. In this work, he defined the following scale for classifying UFO events:

First Kind: Visual contact – a UFO sighting.

Second Kind: Visual contact with a UFO including accompanying physical effects such as property damage, radiation and electromagnetic interference.

Third Kind: Visual contact with a UFO including observations of “animate beings” (ET's) during the incident.

Ufologist Jaques Vallee later expanded upon the original categories, proposing type 4 designation for “cases when witnesses experienced a transformation of their sense of reality (often corresponding to the popular characterization of the incident as an “abduction”).” The “Close Encounters” system of UFO incident classification was popularized through its inclusion in the 1977 film, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, which featured a cameo appearance by Dr. Hynek in one of the final scenes.

UFO at History's Crossroads

Millions of Canadians will vote to determine who will lead their country into the future during the May 2, 2011 federal election. Understanding the role of ET influences in the personal history of elected officials may help Canadians determine how the country is politically harmonized with greater universal interests due to evident ET influence on leadership psychology. Under a new government, Canada can continue along the current path of illegal war-making, global propagation of unsafe technologies and secret negotiations undermining the rights to privacy and freedom for its citizens. Or, the country can become a beacon of hope and inspiration offering global solutions resolved via an enlightened philosophy cultivated through personal contact between political leadership and advanced civilizations.

A more thorough and ongoing study to determine the nature of ET contact described in the secret messages of Canada's political leaders as defined in this article will be instrumental in helping to understand this country's potential future. The significance of such cosmic influences cannot be underestimated in a time when the current US president has unconsciously cited the “power of alien saucers” as a hallmark of his administration's term in office.
