Emerging Vancouver videographer describes UFO Contact with Astral entities

An emerging figure in the Vancouver UFO video community described what he calls "intense UFO action" over Southwestern British Columbia skies during an exclusive one hour interview on the Secret Message Report radio show. "Les" spoke to this reporter, explaining what it's like being a UFO videographer with a specialty in recording daylight images of mysterious objects traveling across Vancouver skies. During the interview he also compared his documented UFO contact with information gathered during his personal out-of-body experiences (OBE's).

Readers of this column were introduced to Les in a May 2010, Examiner.com article that covered Les' four day UFO Contact road trip to British Columbia's Southwestern Okanagan region. During this time, Les witnessed multiple UFO events, many of which were captured on video by this reporter, who accompanied Les to the scene where visual contact took place.

Spinning like a clock

Reflecting on his background as a witness to the unexplained, Les told the Secret Message Report audience that one UFO sighting in particular "closed the book" on his natural questions and doubts regarding the reality of his ongoing sighting experiences. Les commented that, "I peeked out my front window and I saw this black line above the city (downtown Vancouver) and it was spinning. It looked like the minute hand on the clock ... it was spinning around, sometimes slowly, and sometimes more quickly ... I watched that and thought, "Well, that is definitely an object of interest ... [Recording UFO videos] is my new hobby so I'd better get to it".

My voice would shake

However, it wasn't always easy for Les to accept his role in these early UFO encounters. During the interview, Les commented on some of the psychological and behavioral consequences of his first UFO contact. He said, "I used to get really nervous. My voice would shake even if I was talking to somebody ... I kind of got over that. When I first started to see UFO's in 2006, I started to see quite a few of them over a short period of time and it was pretty overwhelming ... I just seem to have gotten over some of it ... I imagine if things got a lot closer and more intense I'm sure I would feel the intensity and have to deal with it."

Now I can see it

Friends of this local paranormal enthusiast don't always see the same UFO-populated skies that he does. That is, until Les steps in and helps them to calibrate their powers of observation. He said, "I understand it's very hard to see these objects because I'll have friends around and I'll have a sighting and I'll point it out to them. ... They cannot see it for the life of them. So I have to do something like find a tree branch ... move them over and say "Stand exactly here. Look at the end of that tree branch and then you're looking for ... a red sphere" ... a couple of minutes later [the same friends will say], "Yes, now I can see it".

Out-of-body experiences

[In the dream] I was out of my body flying around ... I flew back toward the tent but it seemed like I had gone below the ground and dipped in ... I remember that detail because ... it just seemed odd that I felt like I was in the dirt and then in my body again."

Central American motifs along with dreams involving out-of-body experiences (OBE's) play a pivotal role in Les' model for interpreting the events he is witnessing and recording on-camera. Les explained that, "[In] 1992/93 I went down to Central America and we did try to visit as many of the Mayan ruins as we could ... And I did have an experience ... one night sleeping in a tent that I talked about with a bunch of people afterwards ... I was a little concerned because I did wake up in a full-body sweat at the end of it."

The term "out-of-body experience" was first described in 1943 by author G.N.M. Tyrrell in the book Apparitions. The subject has been discussed at length by numerous other writers including Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Institute in Faber, Virginia.

Gateway to consciousness

The Monroe Institute provides instruction through its Gateway Voyage program during which participants can begin the process of potentially attaining and exploring OBE's. The Monroe Institute website states that, "Over the last 30+ years, tens of thousands of people have attended the Institute’s residential and outreach programs, and millions have benefited from our educational materials. The Institute admits students of any race, color, creed, and national or ethnic origin. The Monroe Institute also serves as the core of a research affiliation investigating the evolution of human consciousness and making related information available to the public. The Institute is devoted to the premise that focused consciousness contains definitive solutions to the major issues of human experience and a greater understanding of such consciousness can be achieved through coordinated research efforts using an interdisciplinary approach."

Even the online Skeptic's Dictionary has trouble faulting claims that OBE's are actually taking place, stating that, "One explanation of the OBE is that consciousness is a separate entity from the body (dualism) and can exist without the body and the body without it. The disembodied consciousness can ‘see,’ ‘hear,’ ‘feel,’ ‘taste,’ and ‘smell’. Some speculate that 'mind,' 'spirit,' or 'consciousness' can operate over vast distances and perceive objects by some mysterious power not yet discovered. Others think that they are due to brain states triggered by disease or stress ... the neuroscientists are on the right track and ... someday we will understand the pathology of the OBE. That is not to say that these experiences are not real." [emphasis added]

Quetzalcoatl contact

When asked to explain how the visions from his lucid dreams relate to his UFO videos, Les stated thoughtfully that, "[Through my dreams] it seems like I'm in contact with at least two individuals and I think that sometimes they are the sightings in the sky ... that would be a woman ... and the other individual would be ... Quetzalcoatl."

Quetzalcoatl is a Mesoamerican deity whose name means "feathered serpent". Is it simply coincidence that Les is recording serpentine-like UFO's, or that this reporter captured color infrared serpentine jets of material emerging from UFO's when he accompanied Les during their four day UFO Contact road trip?

Les' secret message

A proven disclosure technology applied to Les' spoken testimony during a preliminary study revealed a secret message encrypted backwards within his mystical dream commentary. Civilian observers from around the world agree that a mirror filter applied to the sampled speech signal on a digital audio editing workstation displays periodic reflections of unconscious communications.

While describing a UFO sighting that took place during an OBE, Les commented that, "I had an experience where I was out-of-body and then I saw a UFO formation landing ... [There were] about nine UFO's, but they didn't look like UFO's so much in the dream experience. All you saw was kind of a throbbing void where the UFO would be but it was circular ... they all came in in .. . a formation and then they ... landed."

Interpretation

Les told the Secret Message Report audience that he had purchased land in a remote Southwestern BC canyon with the specific intention of enhancing his UFO contact experiences and video documentation. If involuntary statements regarding social activism focused on official UFO/ET Disclosure and public awareness help in identifying the sincerity of UFO witness testimonies, the "alien movement" message provides evidence that Les is an emerging Canadian figure amongst notable American UFO activist contemporaries including ECETI's James Gilliland and the Disclosure Project's Steven Greer.
