1). The French have begun their crusade following behind a few smaller countries.
High-level French officials - including retired generals from the French Institute of Higher Studies for National Defense, a government-financed strategic planning agency - recently took a giant step in openly challenging skepticism about UFOs.
In a report based on a three-year study, they concluded that "numerous manifestations observed by reliable witnesses could be the work of craft of extraterrestrial origin" and that, in fact, the best explanation is "the extraterrestrial hypothesis." Although not categorically proven, "strong presumptions exist in its favor and if it is correct, it is loaded with significant consequences."

Nearly four decades after astronaut Neil Armstrong walked on the moon, the U.S. is about to return at a cost of $579-million to find the best site for Earth's first off-world colony. The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter is expected to produce detailed topographic maps of the moon, and glimpse inside craters at the poles where scientists hope to find frozen water. I cant wait for the to TRY to bomb the moon. The author does not detail accounts from Tim Good's "Need to Know" book. It wont be a 'conflict' with ET at that point-I will be a slaughter-on mankind that is.
I think this is the first engineer that worked at skunkworks that has finally come out said ufos are real. About time. now is time to for all of you credible highranking officials to follow. lets take this by storm.
And a year later.... still nothing. Where's the proof? The images? The videos? The documents? Even though i believe there are UFOs but not from some other planet... What needs to happen is more and more credible people, who are afraid of loosing face, need to come out and do the right thing, which is to tell the truth which has to do with all of us. Get it off you conscience, I did. It is an obligation to humanity that those who know have. Had i kept it a secret, I would not be able to sleep at night. Everyone on this planet deserves to know.

The COMETA report is ancient history. It was an Independent study produced by a couple of generals and some others including the then director of SEPRA (now GEIPAN). It didn't have a thing to do with Disclosure, you should read it.
You have no proof that Don Phillips is telling the truth and need to state it or you are promoting him with no fact checking.
Probably the best public document is the Condign Report, and you make no mention of it at all.
My org has contacts and affiliates who work with GEIPAN and there is no "disclosure" pending. They don't have the embarassment of evidence necessary to make the case to the world's scientific establishment. The COMETA did serve to raise awareness and gain funding for research into rare atmospheric phenomena or UAP as we call them...
You need to try to sell us on disclosure with current materials, the Maurice Chatelein claims, the COMETA, etc are ancient history...

I was involved in one of the most dramatic UFO cases ever: the capture of a very clear, up close UFO image, from a DMSP satellite.
In that case I learned that these things are very real... and our government takes them very serious. Serious enough to threaten ME with prison, if I disclosed.
More important, I learned what happens when someone comes forth with the ultimate 'smoking gun' of proof: Nothing!!!
Think about it... when the truth comes out, what can anyone do about it? We are simply left more vulnerable and in further denial.

While many ufo/uso sightings are clandestine military craft, others are simply well beyond our current technological means and obviously extraterrestrial. The Extraterrestrial Beings who come in The UFOs are technologically thousands of years ahead of human beings. The US and its allies are afraid that if they are able to contact people of all nations on earth freely and openly, then all these nations and their people would no longer look to western so-called developed countries for leadership. Instead the people of the world would follow the ETs not only in technology terms, but also politically, economically and cultural and religious terms. The US and its allies would no longer be leaders, capitalism would not be considered the 'best' economic system, 'Christianity' would no longer be the most dominant religion. In other words it would be the end of Western Anglo-Saxon dominance of the world.
The problem for the ETs is that they can not approach the people of the world openly unless they are invited by the major governments - Cosmic Law prohibits them from doing that - that would infringe on the free-will of human beings.

That has to be one of the dumbest statements I've read in a while. Obviously written by a Democrat.
The government does not exist to protect "us". The government exploits everyone it can, at any time it can. What makes you think this would change if an alien species invades? The government would sell us off to the aliens in the blink of an eye just to gain favor with the invaders.
It's up to the citizens themselves to protect themselves. Both against any possible invaders and the government.
