Two new UFO sightings from the F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, WY, were reported during the second half of 2011, according to a January 4, 2012, statement by UFO-Nukes investigator Robert Hastings.
The first report was filed anonymously online as "UFOs Spotted Near Air Force Base Missile Silos: Five glowing orbs witnessed over F.E. Warren Air Force Base."
"I observed five round brightly colored objects moving SW to me quietly at great speed," the witness stated. "On August 5, 2011, at about 18:10 to 18:15 MDT, I was facing east (nearly 90 degrees true). I just happened to be looking for the Moon which I observed south (nearly 180 true), when I observed two objects approximately 3 degrees east of the Moon and the same south."
While Hastings has not interviewed the witness, he speculates that the observation continues with enough detail that the witness appears to have aeronautical navigation training.
In a second report filed with the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), another UFO sighting is reported at a nearby, ICBM-related location for November 5, 2011.
"I was on a hill enjoying the sunset," the witness stated. "I fell asleep [but] woke up because of a very bright light in the sky. It soared past; it was so bright I had to look away. It was cigar-shaped and I had never seen anything like it before."

Warren AFB, has experienced UFO events since the early 1960s when the base hosted first-generation Atlas missiles.
