October 13, 2010, is the disclosure date where mankind will have no doubt that aliens are among us, according to a book by a former NORAD officer.
Retired Air Force Officer Stanley A. Fulham released the third edition of his 352-page book, Challenges of Change, which suggests that on October 13 there will be "a massive UFO display over the world's principal cities."
The author predicts that the "aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date; they are aware from eons of experience with other planets in similar conditions their sudden intervention would cause fear and panic."
The book "reports this event will be the initial interaction in a process leading to mankind's acceptance of the alien reality and technologies for the removal of poisonous gases from the earth's atmosphere in 2015, if not sooner."
From a press release on the book: "The author draws upon his military experience with the UFO phenomenon dating back to WW2, and later, with NORAD and his subsequent life-long association with a senior NORAD intelligence officer who provided him a wealth of historical data relating to NORAD's experience with the UFO/alien reality which has never been revealed to the public. In the military's view, as conveyed to and understood by Fulham, the public is not yet ready to accept an alien reality."

The book is published by Canadian company Amisk Enterprises Ltd. and is available at the web link above. The title is shown as "out of print" and not available at amazon.com. The Paypal link from the publisher's site ships the book to you for a total of $20 CAD.

I must say this; I doubt the date is accurate. I believe E.T.'s exist. I believe that a mass sighting of this magnatude is some ways off and no way near oct. 13th of this year. I think more will be disclosed before a mass sighting like this will take place. That is just my personal opinion. I do wonder however if this is being said to sell more books? Just a thought.

Before I ever became convinced of ET presence, I have to imagine what my reaction
would be to a full-on disclosure; way too much too soon. I am certain of a few things
regarding disclosure, the gratifying stifling of many debunkers. Oh, yeah!
Science has revealed that there are indeed billions of galaxies and within those galaxies billions of stars and within those star systems billions of planets and we are expected to believe that they come here because of global warming of our one specific planet. This is really freaky because for the past 2 nights There have been ufo's dancing over my house. I am not at all joking and I really hope that they are not here to hurt us, because that would suck. I am not an endorser of this book or anything i just found this page by accident trying to see if anyone else had seen these dancing lights is the sky north north east. Several people have seen it with me, it is out there right now as i type this. Just dancing up and down, doing a triangle shape, a square shape, then a w or m shape like a light drawing in the sky, then nearly 5-10 other lights join it in dancing around and flashing lights. I have never seen stars or planes or satelittes stop and make 90 degree turns and stop and hover for hours on end, just incredible I mean these things have me emotionaly overwhelmed. I have tried video taping it with my camera but you can't see the stars, but you can hear me and my friends freaking out about it,

i can tell you my son and his girlfriend saw a ufo(their not flakes) i believe them. this was about the first of oct.2010. as for a mass sighting it still could happen or be happening now.

Speaking from a profit motive perspective, predicting the light show about two years out would give plenty of time for a crescendo of interest, internationally...but then, maybe he has to pay this month's mortgage.

I'm glad Roger posted this article. I am for now willing to keep an open mind and wait and see; which in this case wont be long. I watched the guy's interview and he comes across as a very good reliable witness. He said this would happen Oct 13 2010 then he said or sometime later in 2010. I have several problems with this guy. First he says he was a POW in Stalag 357 back in WWII. The Stalag 357 Museum has no record of him. Next no one seems to know who he is. A Stanley A. Fulham was found living in Canada who was born in 1920. That would make the guy on the video 90 yrs old. He does not look 90 to me. I also disagree with his CO2 theory. He claims to have received his infomation from the Transenders. That raises red flags for me. Lastly, I find it strange that a guy selling books would not have books available to buy - whats up with that?
Not that I completely believe this guy, but doesn't the government have to ability to change records when something is classified? It's happened before, when missile bases were set up in Vietnam.....or were they?
Like most other posters I am puzzled as to why, if this guy is so sure about his claims, he left it so late to get the book out?! If the aliens show up everyone will be too preoccupied to bother buying it, if they don't then he will regret not publishing sooner.

Yeah when I read the date I thought 'about damn time' But there are problems with this prediction. I agree that IF this happens on the 13th or later then as someone already stated we would be way to busy to buy his book. When I first learned about this guy and his book a number of weeks back I became optimistic when I learned he'd worked at NORAD. The more I read about him--especially the part about him channeling ancient aliens or something like that--I knew he was just another flavor of the fruitcake variety, sadly enough.
I don't read books, so I mostly won't be deceived into purchasing one, especially UFO related. I believe aliens exist and has been living among us for years, but people abuse the subject for their own benefit gains and such. The percentage of cons is extremely high compared to authenticity. How many predictions made over the years actually became a reality? Not much. I don't accuse anyone for misleading information and that applies to Officer Stanley A. Fulham as well. It's been said, "Seeing is believing", so I will continue life with that motto.
