Evidence that U.S. space agency NASA has defrauded U.S. taxpayers for billions of dollars could scrap NASA’s case against UK hacker Gary McKinnon. Credible witnesses have claimed that NASA has altered or destroyed its photos containing images of UFOs. This could become a legal and public relations nightmare for NASA.
The space agency is attempting to prosecute McKinnon for hacking into NASA computer files. McKinnon has stated that he saw UFO-related files in NASA’s computers. But NASA has denied any “cover-up”.
NASA’s claim of innocence faces a serious challenge. Some of the whistleblowers are former NASA employees and contractors with inside knowledge of NASA’s operation. If NASA’s destruction of public property is confirmed, the alleged cost of McKinnon’s hacking would be insignificant compared to NASA’s annual funding of more than $17 billion. Even worse, NASA’s year 2000 mission statement boasted that it is “ethical and honest” in all that they do.
Part of NASA's mission is to look for signs of intelligent life in outer space. So asking for more money to 'look', after they've already destroyed evidence that they 'found', is a not going to be easy.
Among these whistleblowers are US Air Force Sergeant Karl Wolfe, former NASA employee Donna Hare, and former NASA engineer John Schuessler. Wolfe and Hare exposed some of NASA’s misdeeds at the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference in Washington, D.C. They both offered to give similar testimony before the U.S. Congress.
According to the Disclosure Project:
Donna Hare had a secret clearance while working for NASA contractor, Philco Ford. She testifies that she was shown a photo of a picture with a distinct UFO. Her colleague explained that it was his job to airbrush such evidence of UFOs out of photographs before they were released to the public. She also heard information from other Johnson Space Center employees that some astronauts had seen extraterrestrial craft and that when some of them wanted to speak out about this they were threatened.” [See Hare’s testimony at 100:10 minutes into the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference.
“Sergeant Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force for 4 and 1/2 years beginning in January 1964. He had a top-secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at a NSA [National Security Agency] facility he was shown photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed detailed artificial structures. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969. [See Wolfe’s testimony at 57:50 minutes into the May 9, 2001 Disclosure Project press conference.

John Schuessler is a Denver area resident and retired aerospace engineer from Lockheed Martin. He worked at NASA on nearly every manned U.S. space flight since its inception. In a March 19, 2008 lecture in Lakewood, CO, Schuessler talked about seeing an unfamiliar photo from one of the Apollo moon landings. Schuessler said:
“I went to a conference in Canada, in Toronto. I think it was [19]82. A guy came up to me and said ‘I’ve got this NASA photo. Do you recognize this?’ And it was an Apollo shot. And it was an official lithograph that they release. I’ve got hundreds of these lithographs.
I didn’t have that one. And they are all numbered. They have a photograph number on them and on the back of them is printed the information about what it is. This photograph had a UFO in the background.
So as soon as I got back to Houston I went to the photo lab and told them I’d like to look at the Apollo photos. And we’re old friends you know, so they said ‘sure here’s the rack of them.’
So I went down through the rack of the Apollo photos and the numbers sequentially. And I got to a series of numbers, that this one was in the middle of, and there were no photos. They were all missing. And I said ‘well where are these photos?’ He said, ‘well it’s like all these others, the film was bad.’ And I had seen the thing first hand with the NASA printing on it so I know it came out. But it was withdrawn.”
Schuessler was also the co-founder of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) International and its past Director. It was Schuessler’s story of the missing NASA UFO photo that was largely responsible for inspiring the ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver.
NASA seems intent on making an example of UK hacker Gary McKinnon. In the end, the public might be intent on making an example of NASA. After all, how can NASA keep getting $17 billion a year during an economic crisis after taxpayers find out NASA has been lying to them for decades and squandering their hard-earned money? The legal experts should ask, “is it a crime for someone to hack into a government agency that is committing a much bigger crime?”
There's talk that McKinnon might serve up to 60-70 years in prison if found guilty. So what is the maximum sentence for NASA officials if found guilty of defrauding taxpayers? On Jan. 20, an UK judge is expected to make a final decision on McKinnon’s extradition to the U.S. That gives NASA less than one week to avoid a collision with reality.

Nonsense. This defense is like a bank robber saying "I didn't come for the money, I just wanted to see how people would react. It was for the social good" Zero chance of success, and NASA would not even have to respond.

This is getting exciting. I really hope they do find that Mr. McKinnon was telling the truth and we finally get to see some real pictures of UFOs. That would so cool. Its awful what they are trying to do to this man.
I am not a scientist but I am my wife have worked with Photoshop a great deal. Some parts of the Mars photos have been bushed out. One day I decided to carry out an experiment my wife had been working in Photoshop for two years and I showed her a picture without telling here were it was from. This was before I asked her opinion on other Mars photos. She is a skeptic in many ways. Her reaction to the photo. "It has been photoshoped somebody used a brush." When I showed her it was from NASA and Mars she was astonished." Right now they are saying there is probably life on Mars with all the Methane they are finding. 7 years ago Martian web sites were showing you the evidence. It's nice they caught up(but did they really).
Next is the structures but you will never hear about that unless another nation decides to release it, and I doubt it.

With sympathy for Gary McKinnon, I hope that he is expedited to the United States for trial. That will give his defense lawyers the right to subpoena NASA employees and other government and former government employees. It is high time that NASA employees be made to testify under oath with penalties for perjury. If the folks who are part of the Disclosure interviews testify, and curent NASA employees give conflicting testimony, somebody is lying.

NASA Astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, my courageous friend, was interviewed recently on a UK radio station and verified my background at Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center, Florida, 1958 to 1992. Russian photos of the back side of the moon show no structures as well,both countries are in coverup mode or there are no structures .The USAF AIR Force and Space Command have many more Photos perhaps times 300 and they will remain secret to the second coming.

I suspect the government has magnified the charges against McKinnon. They have claimed he caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in computer damage. Did he do all that damage by merely accessing unprotected files? Surely, computer trespass is a crime, but it pales in comparison to the manufacturers of computer viruses and the like. If they do extradite him through that strange agreement Britain has with us, I hope he gets top flight representation here.
If NASA has nothing to hide, why did they start to cut feed from live broadcasts of the ISS missions, when strange objects were seen by astronauts? Plus no more live FLIR broadcasts and they always cut to that silly map screen when (something) could be questioned.
NASA are currupt and have full knowledge of UFO's and exterestrial activity in and outside our worldly airspace.

NASA (a public paid institution!) spends billions on research and, according to experts, lies about results and findings. Gary defaces NASA pundits by releasing info he finds on their computers, they deny they have! And for that Gary faces 60 years in prison?

I believe he meant to type "Dr. Mitchell", and got overexcited.
Mitchell has made it clear that neither he nor any astronaut he's talked with have ever had any UFO-related experience on space missions. No coverup there.
He is persuaded by other people's experiences elsewhere that Roswell is genuine. That's his right, and arguments can be made.
But on the NASA question, both he and Gordon Cooper have been explicit: they never encountered any UFO coverups at NASA.
How come the exact opposite impression is being frabricated?
I knew Schuessler when we both worked shuttle missions, he was a good engineer and manager (although, like me, he technically was never a NASA employee). Too bad he seems to have lost the actual photo numbers that somebody else could verify. He's been interested in UFOs from before his space days and did some exemplary original research -- but I've never seen this story before, I wonder why not.

NASA has been inviegled into the corrupt, sub-rosa operations of a black budget crime structure that uses the question of aliens and potential misuse of alien-like technology to cover for crimes and corruption in government. Michael Salla's book Exopolitics traces the removal of that corrupt sub-structure from presidential overview to Nelson Rockefeller, who was allowed by Eisenhower to redesign executive security structures in 1953, thus removing such programs from all elected official accountability. David Rockefeller probably played a larger role in the business side of the subversion.
Eisenhower reportedly later bemoaned the epic mistake he'd made, according to Brigadier Gen. Steven Lovekin, who reported on the subject in Steven Greer's book Disclosure. Coincidentally, 1953 was the year that airman Charles Hall indicates was when so-called "tall white" aliens, literally non-humans, were allowed actual basing rights on the Nellis Air Force range near Indian Springs, NV, in the southeast corner of Nellis Air Force base.

That would be part of the larger issue. Misinformation by aliens, then selective attempts to assert a measure of control over actual human governance could have followed. Judging by the scale and nature of the complications, such developments must be considered seriously. The scope and nature of all related policy must be open to public scrutiny lest the dangers inherent in such corruption, blackmail, and potential misinformation continue to grow.

Truth is spread on its own merits. Truth does not have to be rammed down peoples throats with constant repetition. Truth will reverberate through our consciousness and the truth will instinctively be known to be true.
There are many different reasons for all the ufo activity. SOME being secret craft, some are multidimensional beings existing in a pure energy state and some ARE advanced physical beings from this planet and some not.

Sad to say, but the whistleblower's will have no effect on the case against McKinnon. Those guys publicly announced their willingness to speak under oath back in 2001 and still nobody takes it seriously. It was pushed aside then and will not be brought up now. That 17 billion dollar budget can go much further than McKinnon's funds.

Jeff Peckmannn (author of the article) may just be doing it for the money, but seems to me, reading the venomous and disturbed ravings of most of the posters here, there should be a special circle of the Inferno reserved for those callous and irresponsible writers who feed the frenzy of our unfortunate fellows with delusions such as these, without any pretense of factual balance. Reminds me of the cruel kids who used to throw rocks at the local junkyard dog, for sport,to see him leap and growl, always assuming the chain would hold. Whip up these misplaced passions too much, Mr. Peckmann, and one of these souls may take actions based on their delusions, and then -- wow! -- you have another great story to write about, and of course, it wasn't at all your fault that what you promulgated helped fuel the conflagration. Shame on you. Shame on your editor and the journalism profession that tolerates -- even encourages -- such wicked sport.
Oops, Peckmann is not a professional journalist (imagine my relief!), I visited his website and got a better idea of where his head and heart are. So what about the editors who approved this piece for publishing without accurately labeling it "raving opinion -- no guaranty of accuracy"??
