Thirty investigators will speak at the International UFO Congress February 22-28, 2009 on the need to end government secrecy on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.
The International UFO Congress hopes that the Obama administration will release UFO information by changing official policy. The IUFOC is bringing investigators from eight countries to discuss new evidence of an extraterrestrial presence on Earth. The organization is a leader in research and documentation of UFO and related information.
The 18th Annual International UFO Congress Convention and Film Festival will be held at the newly renovated Aquarius Resort and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada during February 22-28.
Highlights of scheduled presentations include:
Nuclear physicist and UFO researcher Stanton Friedman has determined that there is overwhelming evidence of a government coverup concerning the nature of UFOs as extraterrestrial spacecraft.
Jim Marrs, journalist and author of The Fourth Reich, will give proof that the US government has deliberately denied the truth for decades.
Michael Salla of the Exopolitics Institute will discuss evidence from government insiders that secret agreements are in place to keep this information from the public.
AJ Gevaerd will speak on the need for the public to demand an end to the official silence on this subject, and an immediate release of information concerning extraterrestrial life.
Jeff Peckman, who appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman to discuss his 2008 proposal of a ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver, will show how the general public can obtain information about UFOs.
Registration for the event includes admission to all presentations, the EBE Awards Banquet, and Meet the Speaker Cocktail Party as well as up to eight nights at the Aquarius Resort in Laughlin, Nevada. Attendees can register for anything from a single day of the conference to the entire week. Individual passes and a la carte tickets are available for those seeking to attend specific events only.

Obama doesn't need any more evidence of UFO reality. If he has been interested in the topic, he'd already know by now. In any event, his hands are most likely tied just like those of his predecesors.
We go through this every time a new president is sworn in, thinking that this one will be the one. Ain't going to happen if you know anything about the secrecy surrounding the phenomenon.
Why will those "investigators" will ask for disclosure in these complex and critical times?

We have a BETTER CHANCE of Obama pushing for disclosure than anyone before him. After all, he KNOWS what Black people went through in this country because they were "different", NOT EVEN CONSIDERED HUMAN! Also, since the ETs "abduct" people, the abductees should have some say in the disclosure process. The "nuts and bolts" people will HAVE to admit that abductees can tell us WHY the ETs are here, and possibly what they intend to do.
Remember what Reagan said. It was something like "What if some outside alien force....would we not all get together? " "I ask you, is not an alien presence already among us?"
Other countries are beginning to open up about this which is one reason why the US will eventually have to too. How much they will disclose and how long it will take I can't guess. There are enormous expectations riding on Obama - he will pace himself.
Bill Cain has NAILED it. There may be profound reasons to respect the need for continued covertness regarding this subject. Moreover, the courageous researcher Stan Friedman has already convincingly shown that we are being monitored by advanced non-terrestrial cultures.
Well, I hope this meeting will put Obama's ass to the fire, and make him release those secret UFO documents, or his refusal will make his promise for government transparency straight bullshit.
