Part 8 - 'Initiative 300' - UFOs and opinion polls

Most people already believe!

Opinion polls in recent decades have shown that high percentages of people already believe:

  • We are not alone in the universe
  • We have been visited by people or some kind of intelligent life forms from other planets
  • The government is not telling the truth about extraterrestrial UFOs and visitors

Polls 1966-2009

Shown below is a sample of polls from 1966-2009. These and other polls also show that people with more education and intelligence are more likely to believe UFOs are real and from other planets when compared to people with less education and intelligence.
The polls were done on the general public, pilots, astronomers, youths, women, and others. They reinforce the more than 500 "whistle-blowers" who have offered to testify under oath to Congress about the government cover-up of UFOs and  visits by intelligent beings not from Earth.
More complete results from these polls, and many other polls, can be viewed at the web sites noted at the bottom.

Gallup Polls between 1966 and 1987 asked respondents the question:
"Are UFOs something real or just people's imagination?"
Of those who took a position one way or the other, 61%, 64%, 68%, and 60% took the position they are real in 1966, 1977, 1978, and 1987 respectively. [Source: www.UFOEvidence.com]

Summaries of Some Recent Opinion Polls on UFOs
Alberta UFO Study Group
http://www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc999.htm

These opinion polls show belief is growing that we are being visited by ETs. This is despite over 60 years of lies, denial, and ridicule by the government and mainstream news media.

There is more respectful news coverage now. Why? Because the news media see these poll results and are less likely to insult and ridicule the majority of their audience. This is helping to end the CIA's truth embargo and disinformation campaign on UFOs as described in page two.

Acknowledging the existence of extraterrestrial visitors is a personal matter. It cannot be dictated to us by government officials. But it is obvious that we are not alone and we need to start addressing issues related to these visitors.

The U.S. Government continues to play the game of denial and hoaxes about UFOs while Americans suffer the consequences. That is why an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission is needed by the People, for the People. Denver is as good a place to start as anywhere else.
