The end of secrecy on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors will help end tragic costs to human life and the economy. Included in the benefits are:

  • Clean, affordable, unlimited energy
  • Affordable life-saving health care
  • Clean air, water, and soil
  • Unprecedented expansion of the economy and jobs

The U.S. Government has suppressed critically beneficial technologies for decades to protect profits of polluting industries that have enormous political influence. Much of this has been done as part of UFO secrecy to deny that people from other planets are visiting Earth. Both the suppression of these advanced technologies and the cost of government secrecy about extraterrestrial visitors and related secret projects have placed a huge burden of cost on Americans and the rest of the world.

This summary of witness testimony on suppressed technology is mostly from the book Disclosure, by Steven M. Greer, MD, and witness testimony videos, available at Disclosureproject.org. Page numbers from the book, for each excerpt, are given at the end of each statement.

Colonel Philip J. Corso, Sr., US Army, National Security Council
"The one ET craft I saw was at one of the airbases…General Trudeau created the Foreign Technology Division and put me in charge of it. There I started getting the autopsy reports of ETs, and I started getting other crash reports and the artifacts from the crash….We gave information about the ET technologies out and insisted the corporations take the patents. We put the integrated circuit out. The general said, 'let’s keep a secret, but when I die, I relieve you of my oath'." p. 459 – 462. See also Corso’s best-selling book, The Day After Roswell

Don Phillips, US Air Force, Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer
"These UFOs were huge. They would just come to a stop and do a 60 degree, 45 degree, 10 degree turn, and then immediately reverse this action... We know that there were some captured craft from 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. And, yeah, they were real. And, yes, we really did get some technology from them. And, yes, we really did put it to work.
The knowledge I have of these technologies came from the craft that were captured here. There was no question that there are peoples, or beings, from outside the planet. Are these ET people hostile? Well, if they were hostile, with their weaponry they could have destroyed us a long time ago...
We got these things that are handheld scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is. We can also treat from the same scanner. Are these things real? Well, I can tell you personally that we've been working on them. And we have ones that can cure cancer. Yes, diagnose and cure...people whose financial interests could be damaged by the release of certain technologies keep these out of view...these technologies that can help get rid of the toxins—that can clean the air, that help get rid of the need for so much fossil fuel'.
p. 375 – 383.

Master Sergeant Daniel M. Salter, - US Air Force, NRO (National Reconnaissance Office)
"UFOs are both extraterrestrial and manmade...Even back in Tesla's time, we had free energy. All you had to do was put up an antenna, put a stake in the ground, and you could light this house and have all the energy you wanted...It's not that our government doesn't want us to know that there are other people on other planets. What they don't want us to know is that this free energy is available to everybody. That's the greatest secret. So secrecy about the UFOs is because of the energy issue." p. 358 - 366.

The number of people that have died of cancer, while the government has suppressed effective cancer cures, is larger than the number of Jews killed by Hitler. Denying Americans such beneficial technologies has effectively resulted in what amounts to a slow and painful genocide conducted by the Federal government. And our unnecessary dependence on fossil fuels has produced wars, catastrophic pollution like the recent oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico and environmental destruction globally. But organizations are rising up to change this.

The late Dr. Maury Albertson was founding president of the Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations. He was also co-founder of the Peace Corps and formerly the Vice-President of Research at Colorado State University and a pioneering proponent of hydrogen energy technology with Hydrogen Now.

The EU Written Declaration (0057/2010), dated June 14, 2010 says a study of the [UFO] material collected by the governments of all the Member States would have major scientific and technological spinoffs. [Read more about this declaration on page six of Initiative 300 voter education.]

Huge Cost of UFO Secrecy - Taxpayers Pay the Price

Government UFO secrecy has not just denied American's cleaner energy, better health, and more jobs -- it has siphoned hundreds of billions of dollars from taxpayers without their knowledge and without Congressional oversight. Entire books have been written about costly secret "black" or "unacknowledged special access projects" that are not limited to national security concerns.

Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life, by Michael Salla, reveals a new 'Manhattan Project' - a network of costly projects in the U.S. and around the world dealing with extraterrestrial life and technology. It states:
"Every year according to Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of HUD, billions of dollars of Congressional appropriations are diverted from their Congressionally sanctioned purposes to CIA and DoD based intelligence agencies without knowledge of the public and with the collusion of Congressional leaders."

Examples of missing money and other public resources paid for by taxpayers:
'
"According to some estimates we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions," Rumsfeld admitted. $2.3 trillion — that's $8,000 for every man, woman and child in America. -- CBS News, 1/29/02, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld raises evidence of government, military corruption

The amount quoted by Rumsfeld equaled about $4.5 billion for Denver taxpayers and over $36 billion for Colorado taxpayers. How do Denver and Colorado politicians feel about these facts in light of their respective budget shortfalls? What are they willing to do about it? Can they think of better ways to spend that money? It is election season and a perfect time to ask political candidates these questions.

Acres Magazine reported in about 2002 that the Auditor General of the USDA asked Congress for another $100 million. He said the money was needed to help find $5 billion that was missing from the USDA’s $95 billion budget.

"A GAO report found Defense inventory systems so lax that the U.S. Army lost track of 56 airplanes, 32 tanks, and 36 Javelin missile command launch-units..." – San Francisco Chronicle, 5/18/03

"The Defense Department spent an estimated $100 million for airline tickets that were not used over a six-year period and failed to seek refunds even though the tickets were reimbursable."
- New York Times, 6/9/04

"The Defense Department is unable to properly account for $8.7 billion out of $9.1 billion in Iraqi oil revenue entrusted to it between 2004 and 2007..." - Los Angeles Times 7/27/10

Examples of waste and fraud by government contractors connected to the CIA:

Following is part of a statement by Denise McKenzie, former Secretary at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC):
"Sophia Hoffer asked me to come work at SAIC. I came in and there wasn't any paperwork to fill out. She just said, "You have the job." I didn’t even know what department it was at the time...These supervisors were playing games on their computer. There was nothing on their desks.
A supervisor gave me letters to respond to. He said, "Oh, you know, just put a letter together and send it off." I opened up the files and even the letters that were in there were backdated several years saying the same exact form letter. It was talking about sometimes millions of dollars in contracts. It looked like there had never been any activity on it. That struck me as very odd.
Sophia was in the position of one of the head scientists…They were getting a lot of money for doing nothing, and I didn't know where the money was going. Later, I put her last name in a computer to do a search. It took me to this DEA site. There was a picture of her with a different first name, same last name. But this was the deceased site for DEA or CIA agents. I was shocked. This person is supposed to have been dead for years."
p. 451 – 455 of Disclosure, by Dr. Steven M. Greer

Creating an Economic Renaissance for a 'Galactic' Denver

The U.S. Government, primarily the CIA, keeps American taxpayers in the dark about UFOs and ETs so that taxpayers don't know what the government is doing with their hard-earned money. Cost over-runs and unaccounted expenditures are planned – not accidental.
People have lost their jobs, retirement savings, and affordable health care due to a "poor economy". At the same time, vast amounts of money are wasted or put into “deep black budget” projects. These projects include underground communities to protect the wealthy elite and government leaders during catastrophic events, while public leaders deny that such events could happen.
A Denver Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission can create the grassroots groundswell to demand an end to this costly fraud and foolishness. Denver could also spark an expansive new ‘Renaissance’ of economic development by marketing previously suppressed extraterrestrial technologies.
Visionary billionaires are already leading the way into space. Richard Branson is building a spaceport in New Mexico and Robert Bigelow is developing a space hotel. The late Laurance Rockefeller briefed the Clinton's on UFOs and ETs. Microsoft's Paul Allen has donated tens of millions of dollars to the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.
Colorado voters enacted Amendment 37 and made Colorado a national leader in the "green economy". Denver has a highly educated workforce and other resources to lead the nation in this new Renaissance and move beyond being merely a 'global' city to being a 'galactic' city. After all, Denver was the first U.S. city to open a trade office in China.

Holding the Federal Government acountable
Politicians too easily cut government programs to balance budgets. They also criticize tax reduction measures. But political leaders in Denver and Colorado should use their political power to tear down the "Berlin Wall" of UFO secrecy. They should demand more transparent accountability of Federal spending and release of suppressed extraterrestrial technology.  It takes vision, courage, and an open mind!
