The Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot initiative is now officially 'Initiative 300' for the November 2, 2010 General Election in Denver. The voter education campaign started Sept. 1. A special
'newspaper' for voters is viewable in a series of articles linked to the EXTRA Campaign web site Voter Education page. An abbreviated hard copy for distribution will be printed soon.
The newspaper includes quotation excerpts from government insiders and whistleblowers about UFOs being real and extraterrestrial intelligent beings visiting Earth. Many well known political leaders and celebrities have witnessed UFOs not from Earth, called for disclosure, or were part of the cover-up. Here is a preview:
- "Yes, there have been ET visitations"- Apollo Astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, Ph.D.
- "Flying Saucers are real" – Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker, WWI Medal of Honor winner
- "The Phenomenon [UFO] is real..." - Mikhail Gorbachev
- "We didn't file a report on the object because…they considered you a nut if you saw a UFO" – Ronald Reagan
- Muhammad Ali saw at least 22 UFOs.
- Elvis Presley saw UFOs and reported contact with extraterrestrial beings.
- Jimmy Carter filed a UFO report.
The following article titles from the Initiative 300 newspaper highlight a wide range of related issues:
Part 1 - Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission 'Initiative 300' voter education
(summary of commission cost, duties, reasons for creating commission, public safety, police officer’s ET contacts. Also links to document correcting Denver Budget and Management Director's gross overestimate of potential reimbursable costs to the city from the ET Affairs Commission activities)
Part 2A - 'Initiative 300' - UFOs and news media censorship
(Eisenhower, CIA, Walter Cronkite, Sarah McClendon, Carl Bernstein, CBS News)
Part 2B - 'Initiative 300' - UFOs and entertainment media - truth disguised as 'fiction'
(Edgar Mitchell, Elvis Presley, Muhammad Ali, Mick Jagger, John Lennon, Michael Jackson, Walt Disney, Hollywood)
Part 3 - 'Initiative 300' - suppressed ET technology creates human and monetary costs
(Maury Alberston – co-founder of Peace Corps, Philip J. Corso, Sr., extraterrestrial cure for cancer, Donald Rumsfeld, CIA money-siphoning, economic opportunities for Denver)
Part 4 - 'Initiative 300' - UFOs, astronauts, and NASA
(Astronauts: Scott Carpenter, Gordon Cooper, Edgar Mitchell, Neil Armstrong, NASA UFO cover-up, UK hacker Gary McKinnon, whistleblowers)
Part 5 - 'Initiative 300' - UFOs and Nukes, FAA, and Air Force Cover-up
(cover-up of UFOs at nuclear missile bases, General Nathan Twining, threats against UFO witnesses, Wernher von Braun “big lie” of alien invasions)
Part 6 - 'Initiative 300' - political and religious leaders, UFOs and ETs
(Presidents: Truman, Eisenhower, Ford, Carter, Reagan. Hillary Clinton, Tom Tancredo, former AZ Governor Fyfe Symington, UN Resolution, Mikkail Gorbachev, UK PM David Cameron, EU Parliament Declaration, Monsignor Balducci – Vatican, Father Funes – Vatican Observatory
Part 7 - 'Initiative 300' - ET Affairs Commission full text and online petition
Part 8 - 'Initiative 300' – UFOs and opinion polls
(Poll samples 1966-2009, Gallup, Mensa Society, Astronomical Society, Pilots, Youth, Women, Associated Press, Newsweek, CNN/TIME, Life Magazine, Roper, AOL, Channel 7 News Denver, MSNBC, LA Times)
A major criticism by the EXTRA Campaign is the suppression of advanced extraterrestrial technologies that could cure serious diseases like cancer and eliminate the need for fossil fuels. Politicians running for office will especially want to take notice of the Initiative 300 newspaper. In the past, key leaders of both major U.S. political parties have either had UFO sightings or called for disclosure of UFO files. And this year, conservatives have been more open and progressive than liberals in discussing the topics of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

thank you for your work Jeff. we are all helping you out in every way possible. bless
I can't beieve we live in this time. I am soooooo ready for this change its not even funny. Wake up people, we'll all soon understand the real potential of being human here pretty soon. These crafts are all over Earth now and there is plenty of evidence to show. No reason to perpetuate the denile that's kept us separated from this way of being any longer my friends. Acceptance is where we should be focusing our time towards....and also some lectures on how the technology works. Physicists and scientists all over the world are teaming up with engineers that can and are creating devices that utilize an inexaustable energy supply and we can get the basics from the internet. Check out aline scientist on youtube. He provides very clear and direct facts as well as a little opinion on some of the suppression behind the technology, and also universal principles one should know in order to start their own building process. Get educated brothers and sisters and start amplifying your field of awareness. That is your best bet to survival through coming times. Know thy self. Peace
That's "ALIEN SCIENTIST" on Youtube. His website also has pretty in depth information for the techinical type. http://alienscientist.com/
Aslo, check out Nassim Haramein. Very key information. These two people are from very different demographics, but their information coupled with acceptance will generate enormous paradigm shifts. Dispite the opinion from opposing ideals in physics and theories about ancient civilizations, you will never see a falacy in their work as far as the math goes. This information proves the possibility for creating a method and apparatus for tapping into the vacuum fluctuations in all of space. Jeff Peckman is aware of this information and has the respect of very key players in this movement. You should highly consider getting involved as well. Instead of a few hours in front of the TV, try only a couple hours, then use that one extra hour to first, do a little bit of yoga, then look up the nearest UFO, or ET convention near you and attend. You will see why when you arrive. It that easy.
Peace to all. Good luck in your awakening. Can't wait to see you there.

Regardless of whether the proposed ordinance wins Denverites’ favor in November, we cannot ignore how the sustained commitment and effort of Peckman’s ballot-initiative team are fueling worldwide public interest in holding various government entities accountable for their vast storehouses of hard-core UFO-E.T. information. Can we get more grassrootsy than that in modern politics/culture? It is sad that a person who proclaims that the voice of the people should be heard, even if it disagree with the authorities, must delete comments to his articles when they disagree with his views. I've had perfectly civil comments deleted here more than once for that reason.
Mr Peckman, it is hypocritical to call for disclosure from others, when you practice such censorship.
Anonymous: you are not disclosing anything. You are just another heckler pretending to have a sincere interest in disclosure and ET phenomena, and pretending to represent the "ET Community". Your only intent seems to be to confuse and divide people. You don't know anything about how this campaign is being run. You don't even know the difference between disclosing what is known about UFOs and ETs by private citizens to the general public, and the kind of disclosure that many people have asked of the elected government officials. The whole tone of your comments suggests you are just trying out some elementary psychological warfare. I am not censoring the truth, as the government has done, I'm preventing you from using my forum to spread more lies. It is my right and obligation to clean out heckler's comments. It is your right to create your own forum to say what you want.
That is just my point. You call people with different opinions than yours, 'hecklers'. Then you casually censor their comments, apparently not caring why the the first amendment is so important, especially regarding the political process.
No one knows everything, but you seem to feel personally attacked when someone expresses an opposing opinion to the initiative. That is not heckling: that is good healthy public discussion. If you don't feel your initiative can stand up to public scrutiny and query, that does not bode well for those donating their support to it. I can only add that if you have any belief in Karma, your feeling that you have a 'duty' to suppress different points of view is not going to help in spreading your own truths to the public.
Anonymous - Here's an idea to help you spread share your opinion with more people. On this comments page, post links or locations in blogs and comments after other articles, or in your own articles where you have expressed your opinion about the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot initiative. I won't delete them. Include as many as you can fit in. That way, more people will see your opinions.
I have kept many opposing comments by others posted in many other articles I've written.
That sounds like a step in the right direction, but the issue isn't whether I can post comments on other web sites and not have them censored: the issue is why, on the very web site of the person who wants "We the People" to have a voice, feels it is his "right and obligation" to censor those voices when they do not agree with is own. I am "We the People" too.
Look at it this way: the election is about 2 months off. When you delete the posts of those who disagree, whether they are valid issues, or "lies" as you call them, you do not get the chance to argue them down, and show the readers you are right and they are wrong. While that seems like the easy way out, those issues now may hang around more quietly, and pop up again in several weeks, closer to the election. By then, they may take you or the voters by surprise. And again, whether they are valid, or "lies", there will be no time then for you to effectively counter them,
This is one of the values of the marketplace of ideas: get them all on the table, work through them. The strongest and fittest ideas will thrive, and the lies will shivel in the light. Give them that light.
In that case, Anonymous, in the interest of a good, health, discussion jiust do this. Post a list of other web sites where you have already made comments about Initaitive 300. Identify them by date and time if possible. I'll go there and post a rebuttal if I think you are wrong on any points. That would be a neutral setting where neither of us have the "home field advantage". Then I'll post here the website(s) on which your and my comments were made so that the public can see how our respective comments stand up to their scrutiny.
Why would a person have "home field advantage" here?
The only difference that there is here is the ability of the page author to delete commentary, and as long as they would agree to not delete questions and commentary about the issue it should not be a problem. And as it has been pointed out, a person who truly believes in disclosure would not want to "cover up" information themselves.
With that said, why can the conversation about this issue not continue here? I am sure that "anonymous" would have no problem re-stating anything that they have on other pages. It would almost be a way to find other sites for the author to criticize or refer to as "hecklers" and not a productive move.
It almost seems like this would be the "official" place to discuss this topic considering it is being used as the "official" place where information is being disseminated.
But why? Your web site here has been specifically set up to address Denver-related UFO issues, and so this is the place I have posted - like you. This web site also seems to be home to the main discussion on the ballot issue, so again, this is where I have posted. It seems disingenuous to ask that any discussion of the issues, that doesn't agree with you, go someplace else. I'd recommend you just disable comments here altogether. Then you won't risk having to address comments that might conflict with your views, and you won't look hypocritical when you instead just delete them, while disparaging the media and others for suppressing views of your own.
It is time that people face the facts and reality as responsible adults. Extraterrestrial civilizations have and continue to have an ongoing presence on Earth. The debate is over with mainstream scientists about the reality of the existence of Extraterrestrials. Science has established that they do exist. Special interests continue to spin, ridicule, and use disinformation to protect the status quo. There is enough creditable witness testimony and evidence that any court of law would rule in favor of the reality of Extraterrestrial civilizations visiting Earth. Colorado is a leader in the Space Industry and now Space Tourism is in our future. Therefore, it is prudent that an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission is established. Any prudent man or woman who is educated will vote for ballot initiative 300 this November 2. Denver is in a position to take a world leadership role when EAC is established. On the diplomatic front Denver will be the first contact hub for culture exchange in arts, science and energy technologies. The questions is do the people of Denver want to keep their heads in the sand and continue to be known as a cow town or can they handle the truth and take a world leadership role, taking the first step in becoming a member of the intergalactic community? I favor the ability of citizens who are the government to petition and change elected government by signatures and majority vote. I do not favor rolling over reality to special interests to maintain the status quo!
there is a video on youtube where ed and alan shepherd are setting up an ALSEP - alan shepherd says "we've had VISITORS again" - ed answers "hardly worth mentioning..."-
what is this ?? why say that ? it is a very unambiguous title for aliens - then what is Ed saying when he says he has no first hand experience - in the same clip a white figure walks behind the LM from right to left at high speed (bad editing ??)
mission patches ??? why say "visitors" ? their tone was serious
Another post deleted my Mr Peckman;
