The EXTRA Campaign ballot initiative, to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, will be featured on two new TV series beginning April 20. The initiative will be on the Denver election ballot August 2010.
Ancient Aliens – The Series premieres on the History Channel at 8 p.m. (EDT) April 20. The EXTRA Campaign segment is in the last of five episodes, and is under the topic of current UFO disclosure efforts. The new series was inspired by the overwhelming success of History Channel’s two-hour pilot documentary in March 2009 “Ancient Aliens – Chariots of the Gods, and Beyond”. The 2009 pilot was the most viewed program ever aired on the History Channel and will be aired again after the premiere of episode one on April 20.
Treehugger TV premieres on the Discovery Channel, also on April 20 at 8 p.m. The EXTRA Campaign voter education launch and related campaign activities are featured in the premiere episode and were filmed on location with Jeff Peckman and other campaign supporters in the Metro Denver area. Check local listings for viewing times, including replays that will enable viewers to watch both series.
