Shawn McTaggart was a member of Skagit Runners by third grade and finished her first marathon at age 19, but then abandoned running for over five years. She rediscovered running in 2005, finding peace and temperance on the trails. Shawn is the race director of the Baker Lake 50K Trail Run. Her running travels have thus far taken her from the Alaskan tundra to Vermont's Green Mountains. Contact Shawn at shawnmctaggart@ymail.com.
