'Crash the Tea Party' group threatens to infiltrate and destroy

crashtheteaparty.org

A new activist group, Crash The Tea Party, has sprung up on the web with the sole intention of “dismantling and demolishing” the entire tea party movement. Crash’s mission statement goes on to explain “our goal is to derail the fake Tea party movement by crashing the party and highlighting the absurdity of them.” Crash repeatedly refers to tea party supporters as “racists, morons and homophobes.”

Although Crash’s website states that they will take down the tea party “by any non-violent means necessary”, the anonymous founder of the group (known as the “Mad Hatter” or Twitter name “tpartycrasher”) tweeted this on April 8th:

“When Glenn Beck dies, I plan to pour a pint of whiskey on his grave. I hope he doesn't mind if I run it through my kidneys first!!!.”

Mad Hatter, Crash the Tea Party Founder The group, who has garnered a decent amount of press attention from major cable news and conservative talk radio, says they’ve already infiltrated meetings and rallies with the intent purpose of portraying ‘real’ tea partiers in a negative light in front of the mainstream media. Misspelled signs, extreme TV interviews, and misinformation about events are some of the tactics being used by the group.

Fox News Channel's Neil Cavuto reported on his show last week that big left wing organziations like ACORN and The Huffington Post were leading the charge, urging crashers to infiltrate the biggest Tax Day Tea Party taking place in the nation’s capital on April 15th.

That same day, The Huffington Post had set up its own website calling for volunteer citizen journalists to populate the tax day rallies in what seemed like a knee jerk response to Fox's plans to broadcast live from some of the bigger tea parties.

With only 20 Twitter followers, 700 fans and 22 friends so far on Facebook; how Crash The Tea Party will fare on tax day remains to be seen. In fact, while surfing their official website, I noticed one of the topics on the discussion boards is labeled "Tea Baggers are far more interested in this site than dems." But another topic, posted by the "Mad Hatter," cites more specific instructions for crashers who want to join him for Sarah Palin’s Tea Rally on April 14th in Boston. One thing for sure is that the vitriol posted on Crash is definitely from both sides of the aisle.

Astonishing! They state their goal is to "derail the fake Tea party movement," when in fact THEY'RE the fake tea party movement. There is no lowest point to which the misguided liberals can sink

There is no way in hell people would fall for your nonsense. You are now trying to cover up for all the racist KKK members of that Fox news made up party. Just like Faux news you are a fraud Stefanie. Get a life Bimbo.

Having viewed the site I really can't believe you people fall for this. The site is a joke plain and simple, do you really think everything on the internet is true? If so I know a Nigerian Princess that would like to do business with you all. Your all playing right into their hands with this. P.T. Barnum would be proud.

Actually 'Febbs' said on the 9th that he- or she- planned to 'promote violence' at the rallies. 'Mad Hatter' told people to try to 'create mayhem' on April 7th at 1:51 p.m.. You should let people know that this site has been promoting extreme violence and has been reported by numerous people to the FBI and to local police. Anyone thinking it would be a good idea to follow this crowd should know they are being watched and that on the day of the tea party will be videotaped, identified, and their faces and names put up on the internet for their bosses, moms, friends, family, and children to see.

Fox is going to air live from some of the tea parties. Anyone doubt that Fox is an army of both the republican party and overall conservative movement

Since we don't know who madhatter is, it's possible this is a right wing stunt meant to stir sympathy and excuse all the racism or misspellings we may see in the future.
I say this because sean hannity and others have been giving out the website and thereby, wide national publicity. Hannity won't defend himself on air from charges his charity is ripping off the kids of dead combat veterans but he publicizes this?

So funny.. Hannity tells viewers.. If you see any miss spelled signs or hear any racial slurs...ITS THE TEA PARTY CRASHERS!! No Hannity it is your ignorant racist bastard followers. Why not just arrest the low lifes who scream and shout their hate speech and racial views. Hate is hate and should be stopped!!

Some of the posters on here are hilarious. HATE IS HATE, right? Well, seems like there sure is a lot of HATE against Fox News. Seems like there sure is a lot of HATE against people who do believe in what the TEA Party stands for, which by the way means Taxed Enough Already. What kills me is that Fox News is supposedly this dastardly evil channel, but nobody ever wants to mention how EVERY OTHER CHANNEL is a puppet of the DNC. Why don't you all go see for yourself what occurs at a TEA Party rally without relying on Keith Olbermann or Chris Matthews for your "news".

From the website: "What we want: To dismantle and demolish the Tea Party by any non-violent means necessary".

And when that doesn't work, they will employ violence. The Alinsky playbook is very explicit when it advocates 'the ends justify the means'.

From Saul D. Alinsky, Rules for Radical: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals. New York: Vintage, 1971. Chapter 2: “Of Means and Ends,” pp. 24-47.
“That perennial question, ‘Does the end justify the means?’ is meaningless as it stands; the real and only question regarding the ethics of means and ends is, and always has been, ‘Does this particular end justify this particular means?’”

You got to be a total moron to compare the mainstream tea party movement to the haters and the KKK. Get a life. Besides, if the tea party was already full of haters and lousy spellers, why would this group need to play their tricks by trying to destroy them from the inside? They wouldnt need to! But we have been saying it all along - people have already been doing that and mainstream America knows that the left wing is low enough to play those games. Now, thanks to this Madder Hatter dude, we have proof! Thanks, jerk! Thanks for admitting what we knew you were up to all along! Now we have a confession! Boy, this is getting good!!! I love it! The PEOPLE of AMERICA speaking up against an unamerican socialist regime! And WE'RE WINNING! Obama's ratings are in the toilet! We're taking America back this November and in 2012 we shall bid Obama a farewell into the dust bins of history! WOOO HOOO!!! :)

how can you derail something that is so universally popular as the tea party movement? It captures the imagination and support along large segments of the American public. The charges of racism, homophobia etc. are a smokescreen by those who fear a real American revolution of the grassroots public. Three cheers for the Party and may God bless all who support it.

This news just confirms my suspicions that the "spitter" was a plant, and so are a good many of the other radicals. I have only been to 2 tea party events, both were very civil. There were a few blacks at one, they were as welcome as anyone.

The Tea Party movement is obviously a threat to socialists, neo-socialists, communists, and their sympathizers. Why else would they do this? I see no other reason for it at all. Apparently, peaceful assembly only applies to those on the left. Apparently, fascism is very much alive and well on the left (as is shown by those attempting to "crash the party.")

Hmmm... I'm guessing a lot of the folks so upset and annoyed by this have never spent any time, at all, on USENET... ever heard of a "troll"? Huh, almost zero public awareness, until somebody starts yelling about it and then awareness skyrockets, covered by the media, etc. Jason Levin was probably loving this success (take a look at his other comments), at least up to the point where he started getting threatened. Trolling used to be fairly "safe", but not when a bunch of people miss the concept & start publishing your name, address, etc.

And yet, that will function just as well - threats from tea party members (or even folks just pretending to be tea party members) will reinforce the attention. I'm just amazed that there are folks dumb enough in the tea party movement to amplify this obvious trolling.

The Tea Party Movement is crazy. I am ashamed that people of any race would act like uncivil children that didn't get the ice cream they wanted off the truck. Yes pure stupid and Fox station backing this craziness is sad. Grown ups walking around with racial signs and screaming about the goverment. Now really if our president wasn't who he is...would these people be doing this...NO. Talk about communist send the Tea Party packing, go find a island to live on and leave us alone.

Okay @ Elenor Hayes does that make it right. Really if you are for something as stupid as these people it make you dumb. I don't care what color you are. It is a sad day in America when Americans start acting like the third world countries we are trying to help. Tea Part idoits need to stay home and get over it.

All my life I've been told that we (America) was the country of milk and honey. Not anymore. When I see the Tea Party movements it makes me sad. Why are these people doing this? I'll tell you...just like the KKK and all the other men and women in history that caused heartache and pain to innocent people they are crazy. Don't take us back...cause no one is going there. This is going to spill out of control and the ones the started it will sit back and watch it happen. (Fox News, Sarah Palin...the people with money) You have the power to end this madness before our county is torn apart.

If the Tea Party rallies were implicitly racist, they wouldn't need to deny it. For what effect can you have if you protest without actually saying what you mean? If you actually argue that not liking big bailouts or debt spending is in itself implicitly racist, then you have serious problems with logic.

If however you argue that there just happens to be a lot racists at these rallies, what exactly runs through your mind when you call ALL of them racist? And how exactly are non-racists bad for trying to weed out the racists?

You have impossible irrational standards for these protesters. Could there be one non-racist anti-big government individual in your mind? Have you created a mental block to this concept? No. You simply disagree with an honest message, and dishonestly claim they are racist.

If the message is implicitly wrong, you should be able to intelligently argue against it.

Ad hominem attacks instead of legitimate counter-points. If their message were wrong,

I was called a racist before the 2008 election because I said I wasn't sure that I could vote for Obama since 1) his positions hadn't been reported in the press, 2) he had no executive or private sector experience, and 3) he'd only been in the Senate 2 years before starting to run. I've been called a racist since, because I don't agree with a number of his policies. If this makes one a racist, then an awful lot of people are suddenly racist
