Molly Dougherty graduated from Regis University in Denver in December of 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in English, and minors in French and Biology. After moving to Carrboro, NC last September, Molly was wonderfully amazed with the vibrant local food movement she had come upon. Sustainable and local food practices have always intrigued her, but the ubiquitous CSAs, Crop Mobs, farm tours, and farmer's markets there inspired her to not only begin her own food garden, but also uncover all of the FARMtasitic happenings in the Piedmont area.
