Tiger Woods suffered facial injuries from his wife, not from the car accident that he was in early Friday morning, the Web site TMZ.com reports.
TMZ cites a conversation Woods had after Friday's accident. He said that the injuries to his face were inflicted by his wife, Elin Nordegren. The fight happened after she confronted Woods about news reports that he was having an affair with another woman. The argument escalated into Nordegren scratching Woods in the face, according to TMZ. As Woods tried to make his getaway, she followed with a golf club hitting his car several times.
As a result of that "distraction." Woods thought his SUV was stopped and then he hit a fire hydrant and a tree. TMZ says Woods had taken prescription pain medication for an injury which is why he may have seemed out of it at the scene.
The National Enquirer is reporting that Woods is having an affair with Rachel Uchitel. But according to BlackBookMag.com, Uchitel is denying the affair.

Elin DEFINITELY teed off on Tiger's head. Based on her name she has a fun side, but she's fickle, independent & an incredibly explosive temper.

sounds like deja vu! where is the beautiful blonde homewrecker named Rachel that knows this story all too well!. I swear I had to look and look at Rachel Uchitel's photos to make sure it was not her, but it seems like he likes Rachel's! except Elin was prego march 07 and did almost hit the other Rachel, who graduated from a Providence College in 07. Tiger wouldn't let Elin divorce then-he said she couldn't-he's Tiger Woods. I think that Rachel even had her Mom meet Tiger, and knew she was a home wrecker, but approved of the $$

I feel for his wife and precious kids. I am not without fault and will not allow myself to say things about Tiger. Face it, we all make mistakes. I just know how bad he hurt his family and my prayers are with them now.
