The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights says Obama's health-care plan is racially discriminatory. The House health-care bill backed by Obama is filled with “sections that factor in race when awarding billions in contracts, scholarships and grants” and give “preferential treatment to minority students for scholarships.” Taxpayers of all races will end up paying more because of these arbitrary racial preferences. The Civil Rights Commission has concluded that this racial discrimination is unjustified, and that it will neither “reduce health care disparities among racial and ethnic groups,” nor "improve health care in underserved areas.”
Earlier, I wrote about other provisions backed by Obama that would mandate affirmative action in health care to promote “cultural competence” — whatever that means — and fund left-wing community organizers. “ObamaCare” also contains preferences for illegal aliens, who are exempt from its taxes and penalties, but can access its benefits due to lack of eligibility verification safeguards. The safeguards were blocked by liberal lawmakers allied with Obama.
Historically, affirmative action did not apply to health-care in general, only to employment, education, and government contracts, although Obama has advocated expanding it to health-care in his published writings. When critics of affirmative action passed state constitutional amendments banning racial preferences in California, Michigan, and Nebraska, they applied such bans only to “employment,” “education,” and “contracting,” because it never occurred to them that anyone would advocate affirmative action elsewhere. But Obama is determined to go further than any other liberal president in pushing affirmative action. In his 2006 book “The Audacity of Hope,” he advocated race-based “affirmative action” in the form of “targeted programs to eliminate existing health disparities between minorities and whites.”
Earlier, the Civil Rights Commission chided the Obama Administration for letting an Obama poll-watcher and Democratic official get away with racist voter intimidation against non-black voters in Philadelphia (even though they were caught on videotape wielding a nightstick and using racial epithets) and for backing a hate-crimes bill designed to allow people who have been found innocent of hate crimes in state court to be reprosecuted all over again in federal court.
One of Obama’s own advisers says the Obama Administration’s health-care plan will harm people with insurance while raising their taxes. ObamaCare will take away 5 important freedoms, notes a CNN commentary. It will also destroy many affordable health-care plans while breaking Obama’s campaign promises.

This is about power and control. Improving your health is not part of this plan. This is about controling a hugh part of our economy and bring down capitalism in this country. First the medical industry and then energy with cap and trade. Does anyone feel the noose tightening? They're coming straight at us people and if we don't stand up and stop them we'll regret it.
The now-Orwellian Civil Rights Commission was long ago taken over by right wing body snatchers who oppose civil rights. Maybe it should be put out of its misery.

When will you people get it, left and right is a sham to cause division and create the illusion there is a choice. Both heads are of the same beast. Left and right have been doing the same rights destroying agenda, follow the trails, they lead to the same think tanks and agencies. CFR, Trilateral, Builderburgs, federal reserve, and many more. Get out of the left/right rut. Be american, there is more to whats going on than you are seeing, rise above the confusion they create.

Never mind the tin-foil hat brigade stuff about there being no difference between left and right. There is, and it matters. By the way, it's Bilderberg, not "Builderburgs," and paradigm, not "paradyme." If you're going to muck around in the fevered swamps of conspiracy theory, at least get your conspiracies right. So the civil rights commission has been taken over by the right, and is now a zombie institution.
This is why many want to abolish the US Civil Rights Commission that was created as a watchdog on REAL civil rights and discrimination issues in 1957. Sadly, it has gone so far from its original mission that the Congress should probably dismantle it. Mr. Hans Bader, where are you from? Your piece is so inflammatory and twisted, citing another right wing extremist Michelle Malkin, for instance, that it lacks credibility. There is nothing racist about affirmative action; it is used to remedy past discrimination and to promote opportunity for those who have been historically excluded. Immigrant baiting is also a dishonorable practice as a means of attacking the health care bill. It is a shame that this debate has brought out so many scary, misguided ideologues.

This article is nothing more than a lie. Show me a bill that has been put on President Obama desk. There are five proposals,at this present time. The Commission should state what proposal it is referencing. All of these lies is only splitting this country.
Han, instead of spreading the lies, you should just state the facts. That you are upset about the results of the election, and that you are no difference than those individuals on f**news. Criticism is all you will do, even if it is good for the country as a whole.
