The time for partisan bickering just ended. This is as serious as a heart attack. Obama is going to spend so much money, which he intends to get from China via the sale of government backed bonds, that the Chinese apparently don't think he'll be able to make good on them.
So President Obama gave the Chinese eminent domain rights to American land and businesses as collateral - i.e. we don't pay, they now own America.

Because it looks like our wonderful new administration is granting the Chinese eminent domain as collateral for US debts. Yea you read that right. That means when we can no longer pay for all this massive spending the Chinese can call in the loans and take our land.
The thought that American citizens and businesses could lose their land as a means of payment is downright scary. I highly doubt ANY American citizen would have voted for Obama if they knew this was coming down the pike.

Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.
This cannot stand. It is traitorous and Obama should be impeached.

The State Department says there is "no factual basis" to an Internet rumor that went viral over the weekend claiming Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was willing to pledge American homes to China as collateral for Beijing buying U.S. debt.
The rumor, in various versions, claimed Clinton brought with her last month to Beijing a written agreement offering to extend to China the option to exercise eminent domain rights within the U.S. The rights purportedly were offered as collateral for China's continued willingness to purchase additional trillions of dollars in U.S. Treasury debt the Obama administration hopes to sell to finance projected federal budget deficits.
"There is no factual basis or substance to this report," Laura Tischler, a State Department press officer, e-mailed WND in response to an inquiry.. . .
Underlying the Internet rumor was the fact that a major purpose of Clinton's February trip to China was to make sure the Chinese would continue to buy U.S. Treasury debt in the trillions of dollars the Obama administration will need to fund the massive budgetary deficits planned for economic bailouts and an unprecedented expansion of the welfare state.
So Clinton went to China to give (still unspecified) assurances that the Obama Administration's blowing of trillions of Chinese-backed tax dollars on pork wouldn't jeopardize the United States' ability to pay the debt. That must have been a pretty tough sell. So, though the State Department denies the claim of grants of eminent domain rights, Clinton reportedly did calm Chinese nerves by earnestly telling them that we would pay the bills, "Cross my heart, hope to die, stick a needle in my eye."
If that is good enough for the ChiComs, it is good enough for me.

The House stimulus plan called for roughly a $500B investment. (As it turned out, that Republican plan ended up being a tax increase by failure to address the Alternative Tax issue - I guess some Tea Parties would have been required had Congress passed the Republican plan).

Please don't expect,"a single news agency to pick up on it." Not one reputable news agency is covering the fact that 26 states have done or are seeking soverengity from the federal gov.'t. I ask myself that question.

i have searched endlessly for validation of this story and have concluded that it is flat out DISINFORMATION. where did this story come from? why? why would you post a story with no author? the real story should be who has been releasing disinformation to the public for the past four or so weeks, and why?
We are a media outlet..Fox News has reported on the states with house resolutions..the only ones you will not see reporting on the states is the mainstream media...this is who got Obama elected in the first place..To publish a story any place like what is written above..is just plain irresponsible and gives no respect to this site..Our debt is backed by treasury bonds and notes..paid back with interest...anyone can buy these bonds or notes at any bank...I think this site is more part of the problem and not part of the solution..We will be doing a story on this site!

Intelligence Report - Is there some reason to think this is not true? I, for one, think it sounds entirely plausible for Obama to have done it. However, if it turns out to not be true, I will gladly issue a clarification/retraction. And if it is true, I would, of course, expect that you would be back to congratulate me for getting it right. But judging by the vitriol in your comment, this isn't about whether the story is right or wrong at all. It is about your need to lecture people and silence dissent.

This does not seem possible or necessary.
U.S. government bonds are backed by the "full faith and credit," i.e. unlimited taxing power, of the U.S. government. The government could squeeze all the money out of us it wanted to so there is no reason to give a foreign government eminent domain power.

I too want confirmation. However, having said that, it does not surprise me. Professor Panarin, a Russian, made the prediction some time back that the US would soon be divided up into 6 regions, each separate, and the US would cease to exist. I'm beginning to think that may be a good thing in the long run. The Constitution is heavy on states' rights but the feds have taken most of them away. Separation may be the only real hope with a bunch of madmen in charge of the central government.

Okay, you have a lot inferences here. But not the aggreement itself. Alot of people are going to buy into this scare tactic. You know that we can nationalize in a heartbeat. That would throw us all back into the dark ages. No one can physically take land in this country. It is established law.
This story is partial disinformation from the establishment. It is intended to divert true patriots' attention. First, the concept of governments hypothecating property to the bankers is not new at all (i.e. pledging it as collateral). This is how our irresponsible government obtained loans from international bankers for the last two world wars.
The only grains of truth in this story are that A. yes China is getting worried that they will be stuck holding worthless dollars as the private "federal reserve" goes around with the federal government inflating the daylights out of their dollars. B. yes, hypothecation of property goes on, and YES it is very dangerous, but it's way too late. The international bankers obtained legal title to most of this continent in 1933 when F.D.R. committed high treason and declared the federal corporation bankrupt and insolvent, which caused it to go into receivership. The so called "new deal" was merely a reorganization of the federal corporation in favor of the creditors (i.e. the international bankers). Now, those globalist bankers have full effective control over what calls itself the "u.s. government." This is why we are marching so quickly towards regional government with these evil treaties such as NAFTA/GATT/CAFTA and more to come.

this story originated at Bloomberg a few weeks ago, so it is not just made up hype. How extensive and the wording of the eminate domain deal is what we will be watching for.
America should have long ago demanded Emminent Domain rights from all foreign nations we have given aid or loans to. But after all, that would make sense. What is senseless is how the sheep in America continue to elect these power-sharing parties who have bankrupted America. NOW they are trying to wring blood out of the turnip.

Did you read the Bloomberg article? There was absolutely no mention of an eminent domain request from the Chinese. The Chinese had asked the U.S. to support the exchange rate so as to lessen the risk with the Chinese investments.

I don't know if the content of the claim is true, though the meaning is clear enough, but referring to this as "eminent domain" is obviously incorrect, or at least non-standard.
I have long suspected something like this would happen-- why else would the Chinese continue to loan us money? But I want to see this agreement. Who has it??

US soil or not, his father was never a US citizen in any way shape or form. Therefore, US soil or not, hussein can NEVER be a Natural Born Citizen. This is why he's never shown a real Hawaiian long form birth CERTIFICATE. That CERTIFICATION, even if real, is NOT an actual CERTIFICATE. People need to learn to read. Hawaii has CERTIFICATES that look just like any other state's. They also have the CERTIFICATION, which is entirely different, and NOT legal proof of birthplace.
