I am sure many of you are curious about the specific political contributions that Doracon, Ronald Lipscomb, and Dennis Cullop made. I have listed them below. For those of you who have not been paying attention Ron Lipscomb is head of Doracon and Dennis Cullop works for Doracon. These are three of the major players in the Mayor Dixon investigation. Looks like he's "keeping" a few people. Are the tax paypers of MD going to pay to investigate every one of them to no avail, or are we just wasting money persecuting, scratch that, prosecuting Ms. Sheila?

I think that if you looked at most companies, you would see similar contributions. Not entirely sure if the contributions are above the legal limit... that would be the problem. Typical business and politics, unfortunately.
This is why the people need to get serious about changing Baltimore politics and politicians. I supported Jill Carter for mayor because this is exactly what she was running to change. Not many people listened or wanted to hear the truth. City Hall insiders that are financed by the same small circle of wealthy people that get paid back ten fold when their candidates/puppets award them contracts. I only hope that now Baltimore City will begin to pay attention and stop playin'.

The names on here are not surprising. It is the same group of politicians you always hear about when it comes to shady dealings. O'Mally, Young, Miller and Dixon. I am guessing the ones you see on there multiple times agreed to play ball. The politicians that are on there once said thank you for the donation but I am not playing ball.
This is all very interesting. I wonder how many more local businesses have the politicians in their pocket. I suspect plenty.
The bulk of all of that money given to general democrats and democrat slates mainly went to O'Malley and Dixon from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, it was mainly split between O'Malley and Cardin as top of the ticket democrats in the state.
No wonder Baltimore City can't clean up its act. The politicians are too busy massaging each other's pocketbooks.

I think you are incorrect. The article you reference says that Jill Carter GAVE $15,000 to the 41st district "Unity Slate" in 2006. The "Unity Slate" Doracon donated to on Meister's list was in 2003. I don't think it had to do anything with Jill Carter because it doesn'tsay 41st district. I have heard that O'Malley democrats (which is every democrat in the state) were directed,directly or indirectly, not to support her so she probably won't be found on as many, if any, of their lists as all the others.
