Amrik Singh is a writer on South Asian Politics and prospects of global peace. He holds Ph.D. in English on Toni Morrison Novels. He teaches part-time at California State University Sacramento. Punjabi American Heritage Society awarded him for his community services. He was also the president of Punjabi Literary Society California for two years.
