Catherine grew up seeing the world and learning military life in an Air Force family of seven. She is very familiar with the transitions and sacrifices in military life. With degrees in Political Science and Communications from LSU, she is a former radio news journalist. Currently, self-employed, she enjoys writing for Examiner.com and Charlotte Division U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. She challenges herself with martial arts, scuba diving and running 5K's.
