Jenny Westberg is a Portland writer whose work has appeared in The Oregonian, The Portland Tribune, Blue Stocking, The Skanner, Street Roots, LIVESTRONG.com, and eHow.com, as well as other local and national publications. She was profiled in Willamette Week, and one of her articles was covered in Harper's magazine. Jenny attended Everest College in Portland, Oregon, where she received her Associate's of Applied Science in paralegal studies, with honors, in 2005. She is a board member of the Mental Health Association of Portland. Jenny is one of the estimated 20 percent of Americans living, and surviving, with a mental illness.
