Thanksgiving Dinner doesn't have to be stressful. Go out to
dinner with your spouse!
If the thought of cooking Thanksgiving dinner stresses you out, ditch the cooking, grab your spouse and head to a restaurant! There are several great options for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast in Nashville without you having to prepare the menu.
Check these out:
Monell's
You'll be able to pass around the potatoes and gravy at Monell's - all their food is served family style. They have two locations - Germantown in Nashville, and Downtown Franklin.
Ellendale's
Family owned and operated, Ellendale's offers a Thanksgiving buffet that runs from 4 to 8pm on Thursday. With over 40 items on the menu plus a pasta and omelet bar, you can take the whole family. The price of the buffet is $29.95.
Merchants
The Merchants menu for Thanksgiving includes filet mignon, salmon, ribeye, or oven roasted turkey. You can browse the menu here. After dinner, you can enjoy a stroll downtown by the Cumberland River.
Opryland
Gaylord Opryland has several restaurants including, the Old Hickory Steakhouse, Ristorante Volare, Cascades, and the Water's Edge Marketplace. You could spend most of the day on the grounds if you decide to stay after dark to enjoy the holiday light display.
Opryland also offers the "Gobbler-to-go" option - if you want to pick up a terrific meal and take it home.
If you would like a couple easy lower cost options, Shoney's has their classic buffet, and Cracker Barrel starts serving at 11am.
