Terrific Chinese-American fare in Baltimore County: Joey Chiu's

There's a reason why Joey Chiu's keeps winning awards from Baltimore magazine: this Greenspring Station restaurant definitely knows how to please the crowds. The spacious place has a popular and lively bar area, dining room and private/special event room. Decor is more suburban-80's than traditional Asian.

The ingredients are of top notch quality and portions are quite generous. I describe the restaurant as being Chinese-American, because local Maryland ingredients such as jumbo lump crab meat are used, rather than the more exotic types of ingredients one might find at a dim sum. Seasonings are American palate familiar, such as salt and white pepper. I had a very tasty dinner here -- read the list to find out more!
