Victims of Wells Fargo mortgage fraud speak out - Story 2

Wells Fargo Mortgage Fraud
Wells Fargo Mortgage Fraud
Credits:
Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo took billions of taxpayer dollars to assist homeowners in reducing their mortgage and prevent foreclosures. Instead, Wells Fargo committed massive fraud in a scheme to defraud homeowners into foreclosure. They deceive homeowners into believing they are receiving a modification but it is a trick. Wells Fargo later claims that they are only "trial modifications" and place the homeowner into automatic foreclosure. Of 100,000 trial modifications sent out, only a handful ever became permanent while the others were placed in foreclosure without the homeowner ever realizing it until it was too late. This is a criminal act. Here is one such story.

"Hi Michael

Here is my story what is the status of the lawsuit.

May 5, 2009 – I contacted loss mitigation to inquire about the possibility of qualifying for the HAMP program. I informed the representative that I was currently current with my payments and that the reason I was searching this possibility was because my husband had been working on and off due to the construction business slowing down and that he was only providing minimal support. I also stated that I had an ARM loan and wanted to try to get into a fix loan if possible. I stressed that I did not want to become delinquent on my payments in the future and that was the reason for requesting information about the HAMP program.

This representative took down my information and asked me a series of questions and told me that based on the information provided I qualified to start the modification process and requested that I fax all my financial information to them including a hardship letter.

After this call, I continue making my monthly payments. During this time my information was being reviewed by loss mitigation.

Late in July 2009 – I received a call from a negotiator by the name of Lynetta Wright. She stated that I was going to be placed on a temporary modification which was a trial period on reduced payments for three months. She stated that if these reduced payments were received as scheduled that I would then be placed in a modification and that my monthly payments would be about the same amount of the reduced payments for five years. She said that I would be receiving this information in the mail and I was to sign and return them as soon as possible.

August 5, 2009 – I received a Special Forbearance Agreement with the schedule of the reduce payments to begin on 8/15/2009. I called loss mitigation before signing the documents to confirm that by making these reduce payments I would not be affected negatively since I was current and did not want my credit or account to be affected. The representative stated that because I am going through the modification process that it would have no affect on my credit or account and not to worry.

October 18, 2009 – I received a delinquency notice. It stated that I was $3984.50 delinquent. I immediately contacted loss mitigation and was told that these letters are automatically generated and I should not worry because once my modification goes through it would be corrected. Again I stressed my concern of being affected negatively on my credit or account. I was told to disregard that noticed that it would not affect my loan or credit.

Around October 27, 2009 – I contacted loss mitigation because I had not heard from them and I was through making the three month trial payments. I was told that my request was being negotiated and that they were working on a solution for me. I was asked to refax my financial information again. At this time I also asked about my payment for November, I was told to make the reduce payment amount until the loan modification gets approved.

Mid November, 2009 – I called again wanting to check the status on the modification. I was told that a workout solution has been approved and that my interest rate was going to be lowered to 2% for the first year and that every year thereafter it was going to increase 1% until it reaches the cap which would be what ever the interest rates were when I started the modification process. I was told that I would be receiving the Modification Agreement via mail soon, to sign and return it.

November 23, 2009 – I received the Modification Agreement it stated that my new principle balance would be $486,897.24 and that the amount of $6337.24 was added to my principle balance. It also stated that my interest rate and monthly payments would remain the same as the original note. I called that night to find out why I was being offered this modification when I was told I was going to get a modification that would reduce my interest rate. I couldn’t get a straight answer. I was told that this is the best offer they had for me at this time. I told that person that this offer does not help me that it is only making my principle balance higher and I did not want that nor did I agree with it. He stated that if I did not agree to send the documents back unsigned. The following morning I contacted loss mitigation again wanting to find out what went wrong. I couldn’t get a straight answer after speaking with several representitives, including supervisors and managers. First I was told that I made enough money to make my mortgage payment, than I was told that my debt to ratio was the problem, another told me that the investors that own my loan weren’t participating on the modification programs. I was told that the only thing I could do at this point is to send in my financial information once again and go through the loan modification process again.

December 8, 2009 – I made my regular monthly payment.

December 10, 2009 – I requested my credit report from all three credit bureaus this is when I found out that my credit had been adversely affected. My report showed that I was $7058.00 past due and showed 30 day late on Aug., Sept., Oct., and Nov. I again contacted loss mitigation and customer service to find out why I was been reported delinquent. I was told that the information I was given about my credit not being affected was incorrect and that the loan modification process did not stop reporting on my account and I was consider delinquent because the reduced payments did not cover the full payment. I explain my whole situation to this person and they suggested I contact written correspondence. I faxed a letter to written correspondence this same day explaining my situation and problem.

After finding out how the modification process affected my account and credit I requested the modification process to be cancel and requested the full amount owed so I can pay and bring my account current. After several calls and even going to the Wells Fargo Branch where I do my banking I was unable to make a payment or get the exact amount due at that time because apparently although my account showed delinquent I had a credit of over $10,000. It all didn’t make sense to me. They asked me to wait a few days until all the payments were applied to my account.

December 17, 2009 – I received a response back in writing from written correspondence stating that the Special Forbearance I was placed in was to help homeowner bring their account current and that I was still responsible for the full payment of my loan. It also stated that they will not correct the adverse credit or my account. This letter came from written customer contact from Jeffrey Lindquist. His contact number is (877) 501-0871 ext. 43877

After leaving a few messages for Jeffrey I got a called back from him on 3/10/2010. He explained that although I was given misleading information about my credit being adversely affected that he didn’t have the authority to change the adverse credit reporting and he suggested to go back to loss mitigation and request to speak with someone in escalation or someone higher with in that department to try and get the adverse credit reversed.

I also asked Jeffrey why my principle had increased when I did not agreed to it and he was able to pull up the documents that were sent to me and I returned unsigned. He said they must have made a mistake. He contacted loss mitigation and spoke with someone in the escalation department that agreed it was a mistake. She said it was going to take five to seven days to reverse that entry and that I was going to show delinquent again. She suggested that if I had a problem with it that I would need to contact credit dispute correction at (803) 396-6063. (This is a fax number) "

this is exactly what happened to me after my trial period with wells fargo. they don't help depressed homeowners. they ruined our credit score and stressed us out instead of being helped. i reapplied a second modification because i cannnot afford the delinquent amount brought about by the denial of the previous trial period. is there any watchdog or undercover from our government to keep tract of these unhuman practices of these lenders?
i feel sorry to all american homeowners being victimize by wells fargo. we all end up in the tent city. pres. obama please help us.

I have a blog in which I write about corporate, bank, mortgage fraud, and have personally reviewed 100's of real estate records which all have the same essential pattern. I'm attempting to show that pattern on my blog: properties that are bought, over-appraised, over-loaned, sold, foreclosed, then bought again from the banks at the foreclosure price, which is often shockingly cheap. I don't know anyone who got the bank-owned prices I'm seeing. That's because those prices are not available to US, they are inside deals available to the REITS and investment corporations: http://bradandjessie1970.blogspot.com/

I am in the same boat ,exactly the same scam to the T. MY QUESTION IS WHERE ARE OUR GOVERNMENT FRAUD ENFORCEMENT LAWS ,AND WHY IS NO ONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ,IF I TRIED SOMETHING LIKE THIS ,I WOULD BE BEHIND BARS YESTERDAY.WE SHOULD ALL UNITE AND GET SOME NATIONAL MEDIA COVERAGE ABOUT THIS . ANY IDEAS OUT THERE?

    You can do the following:

    1. File a complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on line

    2. File your own lawsuit against WF. Go to local courthouse and buy an index number and put together a complaint and have WF served.

    3. Contact the WF written corresondence department fax 1-866-278-1179; mention this article

    4. Keep spreading the word about this criminal behavior by WF

    5. Talk to lawyers in your state about a class action lawsuit; each state is going to file a suit in State Court and there are plans to do a national lawsuit in Federal Court.

Please, you have been treated in the manner described in the above article, go to www.hfesq.com. A class action suit has already been filed as of Nov. 23, 2010 in the US District Court, Northern District of California, where Wells Fargo is headquartered. You will find a link for 'America's Servicing Company ("ASC") & Wells Fargo N.A.' under the heading Featured Cases and Investigations. You will find a description of experiences similar to yours, along with a PDF of the court filing and a button to sign up as a class action plaintiff. My husband and I did file a complaint with the OCC and are waiting their response. On May 23, 2010 they sent us a letter asking for financials and how they are willing to work with us. June 10, 2010, they forclosed, they gave me all these different reasons, none of them which applied. They sent me copies of all the letters that went out to us and they produced a letter dated Feb. 2010 (which we did not have a copy of) stating we were denied the modification. But they did not include a letter we had from May 23, (which is when WF said they finally got to our case because of backlog. ) which is three months later, stating we are willing to work with you please send your financials. 10 business days later, WF bought the house back and we had to leave. We had 45,000 down on this house. Our loan was for 229,000.00, we purchased it for 272,000.00. Now are credit is ruined and we lost all that money. They need to be held accountable.

lots of confusion. and frustration. Obama created HAMP, announced it before there were any rules to support it and have changeded the rules so many times you cant count them. Government intervention into private sector... bad idea, government is 9 trilion in debt and digging deeper every day. it cant manage itself...
you are not a victim - you borrower money to buy soemthing and cant/wont repay the money but want to keep the thing you bought. no one is entitled to "bailout". Wells forced to take tarp money. repaid it with over 1.3 billion in interest (profit to the US taxpayer).

Couldnt agree more. No one deserves to be mistreated. My point is Gov't intervention made a big problem worse. For even causes outside of our control, that impact our ability to repay debts, are our individual repsonsibility to resolve. Not the government. False hope, has only made the problem worse. Only encourages people to "feel" they are owed something. Solution for many, short run extremly painful, is letting go of the property. Lots of noise about banks being bailed out. the reuslt of bank being bailed out is that we still have an economy to complain about. the Strong banks repaid TARP with interest, making the govt/us money. The weak should have been let go instead of saved.

Wells Fargo tried the same thing with me. They sent me the phony trial period generic letter, which really states nothing about what the modification entails. It's just 3 reduced payments then a balloon payment at the end, but guarantees nothing. Wells Fargo is a scam.

This happened to me, too. We never even received word that we had been denied for HAMP, yet just found out we were considered 60 days overdue as of the 15th if we didn't pay. They said they were still working out in house modification options for us which was why they didn't send anything. So had we not checked in, they would have started to foreclose on us while they "worked out a solution" for us. We also went back to paying our old mortgage rate once the trial period ended and we were waiting on their decision, but they considered these payments delinquent because they were less the amount not payed during the 3 month trial period. These people are complete and total low lifes and the Obama administration has failed us here. All this did was hurt our credit, cause tremendous stress and drain out savings by having to pay up right away. Thank you Michael, for your recommendations. I will be pursing this legally now.

Same for me as well. Story is almost identical to yours and dealing with the same guy. I wish I never heard of loan modification. Credit is trashed, still no loan mod, on my 2nd special forbearance. Contacted them when I was 32 days late. With reduced payments I am now being reported +90. I suspect next month it will go to +120. At least they left the consumer dispute comment on my report. This has brought my score back up for at least temporarily. It doesn't look like FICO is couting the mortgage at all right now.

I am going through a similar situation. here is my suggestion. If they have hit your credit. The best thing you can do is to file a complaint to the big 3 credit reporting agencies.. If you have the paperwork that shows the lender allowed you to make a "modified" payment. Send that as well. If you made all of your modified payments on time. Your arguement is.. they cannot report you as being late because they are the lien holder and they gave you written consent to make these temporary payments.

I am one of many thousands victims of HAMP fraud committed by Wells Fargo, but I fled their trap at the very last moment. They put me on trial with reduced payments that I precisely followed. Nevertheless I received their bills indicating underpayments as if no trial would be at all. They denied written communications and on the phone they advised me to discard those bills “as they were automatically generated by computer”. They denied confirming in writing what they told me on the phone. Then I discovered that many thousands of homeowners in the same position finally received notice to move out because their homes were sold by the bank. How such massive fraud could be made during more than a year by most major banks? Where is justice in this country?

WF says we're unconventional -> no fed programs, won't disclose who "investor" is. 3/09 to current ASC/WF Office of Pres. won't explain $40,000+ added to principal, amount constantly changes. 8/09 rcvd call that investor approved new mod, we verbally accepted terms & waited weeks for docs to arrive that were delayed due to "printing issue", meanwhile WF served foreclosure and $1800 foreclosure fee added to principal in mod. 8/09 we were forced to sign docs w/o an answer to the calculation of principal. 11/09 recvd 1st invoice, totally wrong. 11/09 to current fighting for correct invoice, correct mortgage interest statement, errors in calc of escrow, principal, removal of foreclosure fee, & credit for forbearance payments. 6/10 foreclosure agai

I have been trying to get a modification since 9/09. What a nightmare. My credit is shot now and this latest communicator, Lance, has been rude and hateful and condesending to me. I am a 63 year old widow who was put out to pasture by my employer after 34 years of loyal service and there is no way I can qualify to refinance. They kept promising help and now they tell me, if I don't like this 3 month trial, I need to consider other liquidation alterntives. My sons had been helping make the payments and now WF consider's their help as permanent income to me. So unfair. Why should my sons have to make my mortgage payment just because I'm a hardship case. They have their own mortgages to make. WF said they would help. All they've done is lie, lie, lie and ruin my credit. Where is the justice in all this? What can be done to stop them from hurting others? How do they get by with this? How is it legal?

I am filing a Motion for expedited hearing to stop the foreclosure to get onto even ground to litigate the matter. I am asking for $450 thousand in damages.

I see the root of the massive modification fraud that major banks have committed for almost TWO years in the government. The job # 1 of a government is protecting the citizens from external an internal enemies, but this government itself is an enemy of the people because it has organized this scam driving people from their homes in order to replace weak mortgage payers with strong ones by means of this fraudulent modification. If it were not a government’s scam then media’s moth would not be shut up. This information circulates only on private websites. There are thousands of such stories, but matter does not go further. Indeed any nation is worthy of its government.

Filing complaints with the comptroller of currency office does absolutely no good. All this office does is send Wells Fargo a copy of your complaint and allows them to explain. Contacting the states' attorney's offices also does no good. The government is in bed with the banksters and there will be no relief. It's all one big scam.

We have been working with WF since 8-2009. I lost my job and was told by a WF rep to try the HAMP program. We did EVERYTHING they said to . We have lived in our house 22 years and NEVER been late or missed at payment. We went from paying $1650.00 per month on a 30 yr fixed. During the HAMP plan our mortgage went up to $1850.00 for a "trial period" The papers came in to sign but we were told by another WF rep. NOT to sign yet. We continued to pay every dollar WF asked us to pay and now we are told we are $10,000.00 behind in our mortgage, and our new payments are $2500.00 + and have been started in forclosure. I thought they were supposed to HELP us but now they have BURIED us. At first WF seemed like they wanted to help us and were very friendly. Now, they are nothing but rude and will not listen to us. We feel we have done everything they wanted us to do and now we are stuck. How can we get help.. Who do we turn to?

I have a few friends who do modifications for BofA & Wells, they tell me HAMP is a PR stunt. A bankruptcy lawyer told me the same thing.
When I told my BofA friend that our loan was held by FreddieMac, he immediately told me we were 'overinsured' and Wells was going to let us fail. Regardless of what they tell us, they will take the house. Between PMI & Freddie, Wells will be made whole, so they don't care.
My other mortgage banker friend told me of an email that circulated around his office this spring (2010). It was from a VP. At that time, Wells was doing around 5,000 foreclosures per week. By Oct/Nov 2010 the email stated that they wanted to be doing over 25,000 per week.
The reason? For every dollar loaned, the bank had to hold 3 in reserve. So, they will let us fail, take our houses, sell them for whatever they can get, and be made whole through PMI & Freddie/Fannie (i.e. the taxpayer). Their motivation is freeing up all that capital.

We have been contacted several times by WF regarding our escrow account, and been told there is not enough money in there to cover our insurance. Each time WF says we owe appx $2000, and if we don't pay it all at this time, our monthly payment will be increased by $200 to $300.
I cannot find anything in my escrow papers saying this increase can be done, but WF says it is legal. We live in AZ.

Wells Fargo is a terrible institution. Not sure what has happened to this 150 yr old company, but since the Wachovia Merger, employees are leaving left and right. Millions in deposits left the bank when the merger was made known due to sorry service and horrible interest rates. I have a feeling that justice will come to this unethical institution in due time. Wikileaks is poised to take out BOA in the near future. The other Big Banks will be next. The major problem is people continue to do business with these people. The solution is, let the market take care of them. QUIT DOING BUSINESS WITH UNETHICAL BUSINESSES!!! Good luck to everyone. My advice would be not to believe a word anyone at Wells Fargo tells you. Most of them can't even figure out how to wipe their own rear. PULL ALL DEPOSITS AND REFI ALL LOANS ELSEWHERE!!!!! If noone does business with them, they will go under. Banks run on deposits and loans. Remove the deposits and don't take their high interest loans, and the bank will fail.

  • You can't win with Wells Fargo and America's Servicing Company. I spent over a year and a half trying to get a modification. For over 15 months, I would turn in paperwork, verify receipt it only to have them call the next month and tell me they were foreclosing because I didn't turn in any paperwork. Other ploys were 1) tell me that they were missing one more piece of information (which they hadn't asked for) and I would have to start all over with the process. 2) call me and I would send in the information they wanted within one hour of their call and they would decline me the same day. After a year and a half of this, they had added over $60,000. to my loan. When they continued to play the same games, I finally told them I couldn't play their silly games any more and to just go ahead and foreclose. They foreclosed in October of 2010. It was immediately sold and the value at that time with the depressed economy was $288,000. by both appraisal and the county appraisal. Today, I received a 1099 form which Wells Fargo sent to IRS stating the value of the property to be $182,000. So, they get a big tax write-off and I get screwed. I now owe IRS taxes on what they say the difference in the mortgage was and their "current value:" I spoke with my tax attorney and he said there is really nothing I can do because i can't fight IRS and Wells Fargo has now shifted the arena to IRS and way from them.

The same thing happened to us in 2003, Our lender approved a 'short sale' on our home writing off $22,000. They sent us a 1099 and the IRS wanted to 'tax' us on the income. Our tax accountant wrote a short note to the IRS which they denied. Then I wrote to them explaining that the system our mortgage company was using was to balance their ledgers, not to give us $22,000. Somehow that letter reached someone at the IRS who understood our circumstances and was willing to drop the matter. Just don't give up (yet). I also had all the receipts from the upgrades we did for the house in reserve just to be able to counter a $22,000 'windfall'. Didn't need to use it but it was there. Best of luck to you!

i didn't request that wells fargo become my lending service company. i didn't have the brilliant idea of packing mortgage securities and selling them on the market. i didn't sign up for an adjustable rate mortgage. i didn't sign up for a loan that i couldn't make payments on. i didn't ask the government to mandate loans be made to individuals unfit to repay them.

many factors, beyond my control, have placed me in my current situation.

i bear a sword in this time of peace, because, on the horizon of the universe, i see a cloud of war. i am awake now, and my strength lies within the name given to the vessel of my soul.

the great light is nearly upon us. the unrighteous paths of darkness will be exposed by it's brilliance. mortal men cannot be victorious in a war between eternal forces. prepare your eternal soul for the battlefield that awaits. you are here now to choose the side for which you will bear arms.

one side demands your servitude. the other asks for your willingness. choose wisely........

  • I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Wells Fargo. They foreclosed on my home and sold it at auction to a third party. Wells Fargo did this despite the fact that I had a MLS and short sell agreement in place as per their agreement not to foreclose. I had been attempting a loan modification as of July 2009, but was repeatedly told that I did not qualify per the investor's guidelines. Wells Fargo refused to inform me who the investor was despite my numerous written requests, as well as HUD and HOPE project assistance requests. The home was sold on February 14, 2011 for $270,000; I paid $525,000 in June 2004. First American Title Insurance Company handled the auction and insisted they had no ties with Wells Fargo, but gave of all of my personal information to the new third party buyer.

During the last 18 months, I lost my job, lost my business due to the recession, went into Chapter 7 bankruptcy and continuous attempted to work with Wells Fargo on all options to modify the loan as the house continued to drop in value due to the increasing foreclosures and walk away in my area with. After I was unable to pay the mortgage, Wells Fargo put me in a HAMP program in late November 2009; I made all three trial payments. At the end of the three payments, I called after receiving notice of late payments and additional bank fees only to learn I was not in the HAMP program.

I lost everything, now homeless and waiting to make way for the new "bargain hunting" owners.

Wells Fargo provided the loan for my home and now a group of Investors is trying to take it away. I chose Wells Fargo because of the people at the branch. If I had known strangers would end up with my loan I would have gone somewhere else.

I was first told by Wells Fargo I could not do a loan modification until I was late now I am 21 months behind and now I am told the "Investors" don't do permanent loan modifications and will not comply with the HAMP program or any other program. Why are they telling me now that there is a sale date of March 22, 2011? Why didn't they say this in the beginning? Wells Fargo's press release dated May 17, 2010 states Wells Fargo has 146,000 borrowers who have made their HAMP trial payments. Why not me?

After making 60 interest only payments Wells Fargo has a trustee sale date of March 22, 2011. Now they have taken my money and now they want to take my home.

Without going into a long story, I made 8 on-time payments in a row after being approved for a trial mod. 5 days after making my 8th payment, I was told my home was going to foreclosure sale the next day. I tried to extend sale date but my request was never approved. I even tried to bring deficiency balance current but was told I didn't order the reinstatement figures early enough. I tried to deliver cash directly into their acct and told NOPE! They are dirty, deceiving, scum bags and I wish there was no such words as "Too Big to Fail." What a load of crap!

Ditto been dealing with them for over a year hubby lost job went into service to save home. They call and harrass and keep on. The last call got me so stressed I thought I was having heart attack ended up in hospital with blood clots but the thing is I am minutes away from finishing my forebeareance and they still send letters of delinquincy and we are covered under soldiers and saliors relief act. Please if anyone has class action lawsuits let me know I will sign on. They need to be stopped before we die from stress. Especially when we do everything they tell us too.

I was strongly encouraged by Wells Fargo to refinance my home mortgage following the death of my wife ten days earlier. I should not have trusted anyone in this time of weakness. My mortgage is with Wells Fargo. I paid Wells Fargo $509.00 for an appraisal that they told me was needed for the process to start. I paid an additional $100.00 for a HOA Certificate. Wells Fargo received a commission for these fees and in fact was not really interested in lowering my interest rates. My credit rating was 743 and I have no car loans or other debts besides my mortgage. They locked me in to a 3.75% interest rate or so they said.

After 3 weeks I returned to Wells Fargo to check the status of the refinance and the loan officer had forgotten who I was. After 4 months of total nonsense, I received a phone call from a Wells Fargo loan officer informing me that I needed to cancel my application otherwise it could jeopardize my credit. He went on to say that Wells Fargo would not be able to give me a future loan if I didn’t cancel my application. I did not cancel my application so Wells Fargo decided to send me the “Notification of Excessive Obligations” letter as a way to cancel my loan. They reported this to the credit bureaus and damaged my credit rating. Beware of Wells Fargo.

Last week I filed a formal complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency, 1321 McKinney Street, Suite 3450, Houston TX 77010-9050.

Let me say this. I had to miss THREE WEEKS OF PAY due to the recession, working in the AUTO INDUSTRY!!! THAT does not QUALIFY! Since we were going to be a few days late, though we had not been late ONCE IN ALMOST EIGHT YEARS, Wells Fargo, WHO WE CONTACTED IN ADVANCE, said "you'll be in default"..... And that was that. We tried to get money from our 401k but needed documentation from THEM, THEY REFUSED!! So THEY FORCED THIS FORECLOSURE...... THEY SOLD THE HOUSE WHILE SUPPOSEDLY doing a loan mod...... The law firm we hired, KEL in florida? They got their money, now they just say, oh so you have to move,,, you got more time to stay in the house... WE DONT WANT TO MOVE!!!!!!

But these bastards at Wells Fargo don't care, so just know that they will screw you any way they can......... WE TRIED AND TRIED!! They messed up my health, now I am disabled,,,, we'll have to move into a f'in box,,,, and everyone just says OH WELL,,,, so they got our payments for 8 years,,,,,, they got money from the government and NOW THEY'LL SELL THE HOUSE AGAIN!!!!!

BE SURE TO SEND THEM SOME MORE TAX DOLLARS!!!!!!!

Just to make it even more clear,,,,, I was late DUE TO THE RECESSION AND WORKING IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY!!! On top of that,,,, our home with the $135,000 mortgage is now worth about $40,000 since we live in one of THE HARDEST HIT NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE NATION..... But NONE of that qualifies........

They lie and tell someone who isn't behind that they have to be late,,,, they tell people who are late that they can't be behind...... it's one GIANT SCAM...... they got BILLIONS!!! And they're just sitting on it........

Well, add another HARD working, middle income family who can make the payments to keep our home.
BUT, nobody will help us at Wells Fargo!! Two attorneys, two financial companies and lots of $$$$.
They promised us they would help us, after I was sick and then consequently lost my income a few years
ago. Back full time and making the money, but those scamers won't help. WF told us to miss a few payments over 2 years ago, and then they would be able to help us DON'T Do IT anybody who is thinking
of "trusting" or "believing" them. They are LIERS and will ruin your life...Now we have to look for another place to live, and lose all our hard earned equity in the home and money we paid for 10 years. This stuff
is destroying us. OBAMA, get off your ass and do something about these fraudulant banks and attorneys or this country will be full of Fore-closed homes!!
