Jersey native Eric Cortes graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism and minor in Latin American Studies. Cortes is the Marketing & Promotions Coordinator at WWSI Telemundo Philadelphia where he oversees all aspects of the station’s marketing and promotions activities, as well as directs efforts to enhance the station’s public image and outreach to the community. He is heavily involved within the Philadelphia Latino community and in January 2011 was named Hispanic Professional of the Year by the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
