What to do with US traitors who wage Wars of Aggression? 1: Truth & Reconciliation. 2: Prosecution.

We hold these Truths to be self-evident...

A traitor is one with allegiance to the US who wages war against the United States. Lying the American public into war that takes trillions in long-term costs and kills over 5,000 US troops is treason. US political “leaders” who wage illegal and horrific Wars of Aggression, the worst crime a nation can commit, are actively attacking our Constitution and values. Neither political party will prosecute these crimes.

So what do we do?

Offer Truth and Reconciliation.

Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) offers the people who would like to have a “Scrooge conversion” a safe way to do so. T&R exchanges truth and cooperation to name names and recover stolen public assets for no prosecution. It splits the traitors into those committed to evil from those who stand by the values of the Declaration of Independence that all human beings are equally valued and valuable. If we are all equal, brothers and sisters of one Creator as most people hold in their spiritual/religious/philosophical ontologies, then public policy has to be for the public good. Current policy in finance and war is psychopathic: destructive to the public good with a veneer of socially acceptable behavior and charm.

The freedom for criminals to repent and live the short amount of time they have remaining in their physical bodies in peace is an attractive deal for them and us. We receive an end to war, rapidly end poverty, recover trillions of missing public money (hopefully), reclaim our civil rights, open suppressed technologies like free energy (and here), and avoid war from a cornered enemy who fears prosecution for treason. They receive all their remaining years to live in freedom (I would argue that we give them further incentive for reasonable material comfort) and reclaim their connection and love for humanity; thier very soul.

T&R remains open for anyone to come forward and for anyone named to testify under oath. Those who choose to not cooperate and/or lie under oath are subject to full prosecution under the law when the window for T&R closes. Our slogan can be: Truth or Prosecute, Baby!

Below are two 10-minute videos. The first documents revealing and stunning testimony of our political "leaders" of both parties in desperate spin mode to avoid the obvious conclusion their acts were illegal. The second is the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, Patrick Leahy, discussing a Truth Commission to reveal all truth, and then prosecution for those who refuse to cooperate or perjure in their Truth Committee testimony. Note that this has so far been empty rhetoric; unfulfilled hope for change.

In rhetoric, America is the land of the free and the generous, enjoying the fused blessings of a free market tempered by and joined to accelerating social welfare, bountifully distributing its unstinting largesse to the less fortunate in the world. In actual practice, the free economy is virtually gone, replaced by an imperial corporate-state Leviathan that organizes, commands, exploits the rest of society and, indeed, the rest of the world, for its own power and pelf.

Another Texan once said, "Freedom is just another word for nothing left to loose".

If I were an elected official I would not relay on the cover the media offers. Despite the fact that all media (all 3 of the media providers in this land of 2ed place competitiveness) have the chairs of their boards filled by defense industrialists, health insurance directors and investment bankers, the veil rots like cheap textile in a closet full of moths. If I were an elected official or political appointee I would begin to think about my future after the ax falls.

Listen - listen hard - can you hear the wolves howling - the dogs barking? Look - focus - can you see the anger - the outrage - on main street. No to both is the right answer. Now the question is why?

Why can't you hear the wolves howling? You can't hear the wolfs' howl or dogs angry bark because, like any good predator, he is quiet when hunting his prey. The government should be afraid of the silence. They are food for wolves.

Think for a minute: Why would the government release (or leak) the images from Abu Gahrib?

Were they released to feed some kind of inherent racism the government feels their employers (that'd be us)share with them? Bush and Obama love killing Sand Negroes - and they don't care if it's justified or not - we attacked and murdered millions of Iraqis and allowed our country to be destroyed based on a lie perpetrated by the Clinton / Bush administrations, and [now] perpetuated by the wimpiest man I've ever seen, Obama. Reverend Wright was right - and Obama disavowed him. What did we expect?

Uncle Rahm's Cabin, so the story goes.

The government released those pictures, not as a call for justice, but to anger the Muslim/Arab world - to give them reason to fight - so all the wall street bandits could hide their dirty deeds behind the War on Terror while they, with their cronies in the War and Energy industries could rob us blind.

It looks looks like they succeeded. Want your Chan

    Yes, like in S Africa

The 'elites' may think they've finally figured out how to tame the sleeping giant that is the People, but it was only a little more than 200 years ago we threw out the British Empire, and much more recently Ghandi and his followers were able to do it non-violently.

Technology continues to evolve at an exponentially accelerating rate, leveling the playing field between the wealthy, powerful and corrupt investor class, and the billions of human beings who are willing to be good and live honestly.

And what's more- not all wealthy people are evil; even the so-called 'elites' have battles in their class over policy, and once they see the writing on the wall, more will start to move to a sustainable and healthy socio-economic political order

Kucinich was the first proponent of a truth and reconciliation commission that i've heard of
    oilempire.us/truth.html

PS 'Orion Project' sounds like a scam- solar, wind, wave, tidal, algae oil, etc. are getting cheape

I was against the war in Vietnam, the war against Iraq, and now the war against Afghanistan and Pakistan. I am in full agreement with
Congressman Kucinich. I say we withdraw immediately, and not continue to be the police officer of the world.

Senator Leahy is either very naive or very clever. What he is not is honest. It is the height of hypocrisy to say we support the rule of law, except when someone important does it. These are not partisan or administration crimes, it is treason. These men are working to undermine and destroy the Constitution, our freedoms, and the sovereignty of all nations. The real corker was when he claimed those whose testimony was not "complete or truthful" would be subject to criminal indictment and charges of perjury. Really-- a politician lying under oath-- who ever heard of such a thing??

We still have unlawful Wars of Aggression two years later, yes. The American public, and the criminals pimping the wars, still have the same choice.

What are you doing about this?
