We hold these Truths to be self-evident...
Among hundreds of writers, I’ve documented overwhelming evidence that the US is waging illegal Wars of Aggression, the worst crime a nation can commit. I’ve also documented the OBVIOUS lies political “leadership” from both parties told and still tell to justify these campaigns for empire. I’ve given historical context of Abraham Lincoln doing the same as a freshman in Congress pointing out the OBVIOUS lies justifying invasion of Mexico.
The Left and Right arms of the one oligarchic political body will not prosecute each other, of course. These politicians are not merely lying sacks of spin; their crimes are treason against the United States because they’ve killed over 5,000 American troops. They betray their oath of office to protect and defend the US Constitution each and every day. Some of us suggest Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) as a strategy to peel-away people who are want to safely provide information to restore the US Constitution and American values.
Here’s the short and sweet point: once the facts of our government’s “leaders” are revealed (and you’d damn better do your research if you call yourself a citizen), then every man and woman who’s sworn an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, must act to incapacitate those who violate the Constitution. Laws are supposed to be as easy to understand as rules in sports because they’re meant to be obeyed. The US currently has fascist policies such as invading countries who pose no threat, torture, indefinite imprisonment, $2.3 trillion of our dollars “missing” from the Department of Defense: these are OBVIOUS violations against the Constitution that kills millions and destroys the joy of life from the rest of us.
This message doesn’t get much clearer than the one you’re reading. I know embracing these facts is painful. But either stand up for the Constitution or God help you; the oligarchs stripping our nation will not.
The Los Angeles Times reported on a group, “Oathkeepers,” who request all men and women in military and government to understand and keep their oath to the Constitution. Oathkeepers promise to disobey the following ten orders (military law may also require to arrest those who issue un-constitutional orders):
1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.
2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people.
3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control."
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.
10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

as an oathkeeper, I know that the Obombaton's plan to declare Martial Law and disarm the population WILL NOT STAND!
In 2000 when I warned people of what was to come most thought I was just a nut case. But I knew who Bush and Cheney were and what they would be capable of. I warned of the PNAC and the Pearl Harbor event to come. When Americans wake up and see they are an occupied contry where nearly everything is controlled by Zionists, who control the Governement, the economy, the banks, the Main Stream Media, the Military and so much more. For 9 years it has been a nightmare. Many have sprung up to warn us. Some I know have been driven out of the country, arms broken, lives destroyed, a few have been killed.
When it became so obvious that the Military was not going to stand up to Bush, why would we expect them against Obama? The President and Congress are not the TOP of the chain of who really runs America. They weeded out many of the Military who did had backbones from the top leadership. We should not be afraid to die for a just and noble cause. Why are we afraid to die? America! Fight for it her peoples, fight for it. If you love her, defend her. Others have given their lives before when she was just an idea.
Stop saying "I told you so!" and "We should do something!" and "The Government is lying!", instead, lay out a plan to take our country back. First, we need to educate our military WHAT THE CONSTITUTION IS. Push military leaders to educate their troops, and if they don't, educate them yourself. Send them all a letter, go to a base and speak to them. Next, educate the People of what's going on. Hand out flyers at grocery stores, post-offices, busy city street corners. And last, organize a revolt. Get numbers and go meet the enemy. You know where they are ! They aren't hiding ! Don't just sit there behind your computer, go out and lead yourself to victory ! Good luck, I will be there by your side on the battlefield.

Carl, great article btw. Final phase you ask? If tomorrow we got 1 per cent of all Americans to come to D.C. , that would be 3 million people knocking on the White House's door. We all know how corrupt and full of lies our "leaders" are, they regularly ignore public opinion and get away with it every time. We the People would say: "You, you and you have proven to be corrupt and are now fired. You, you and you are connected to Trilateral Commission, Halliburton or Monsanto and are also fired. The rest of you, better knock this crap off NOW." The problem is, our uneducated military would back the politicians and put down the uprising. We need to show them where their loyalty lies (=with the Constitution, not the President) so we need to fix that problem first like i laid out previously. A poor pro se plaintiff got rudely drummed out of both federal district court AND the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals contrary to the evidence, the Law & the legal precedents involved.
The man has been living in a tent, showed proof of perjury, lying to the labor board, withholding evidence (against both fed Law & court orders), false testimony, and absolute proof of employer guilt (admitted by his boss in emails). Yet, the courts disregarded & downplayed the evidence & let him be run out via "summary judgment" w/o a jury trial in utter violation of the 7th Amendment!!
The man, w/o a lawyer, has Petitioned the Supreme Court, trusting God prayerfully.
This has all apparently been snubed by the media & at least one local paper had an editor on the opponent's BoD.
Meanwhile, the man has lost pretty much everything & lives in a tent (almost for 3 years now) as the crooks have no interest in doing what's right it seems. - And its a YMCA that's involved! - And the man has even presented sworn testimony about evidence-tampering but the 5th Circuit refused to so much as accept the man's documents - sent them all back & refused to ensure accurate hearing transcripts (but which are required by Law).
Email you politicians, the news, etc. and help the poor man out, okay?
