Iran again offers to halt uranium enrichment for fuel swap; why won't US and Obama declare peace?

We hold these Truths to be self-evident...

Will Nobel Peace Prize winner President Obama declare peace with Iran upon their second acceptance of a nuclear fuel exchange program? Will the US corporate media headline this resolution? Will “leadership” of both US political parties announce peaceful victory?

The answer to all three is no. What will happen over the next few days and weeks is government pronouncement that this offer is unacceptable; that Iran must surrender nuclear material in exchange for a promise to receive fuel a year or so in the future from France, in direct violation of Iran’s right to an international-inspected nuclear energy program. What corporate media will not mention is France already owes Iran 50 tons of nuclear fuel, and has for 30 years. Iran’s offer to exchange unprocessed nuclear material for processed fuel they are already owed by France is more than fair. So far, an anonymous US official has rejected Iran’s offer.

But why? I present the following prima facie case to explain why the answers are no. I do so with invitation to you, and challenge, to embrace the best explanation of the facts that you see. I ask you to have the intellectual integrity and moral courage to embrace facts under circumstances where your government is lying in Orwellian magnitude.

A “War on Terror” requires terrorists; the US manufactures them to justify a Pentagon budget that “loses” 25% of their budget according to their own admission. We know from disclosure of evidence that all claims to justify an attack and invasion of Iraq were not only false, but known to be false at the time they were told to the American public. The War Criminal “leadership” of both parties won’t prosecute each other for mass murder of American troops, Iraq civilians, and Iraq men working to expel American invaders; US civilians are trying

Afghanistan is an unlawful war because it fails the simple test for legal war: an attack from alleged terrorists demands international cooperation of legal discovery, arrest, and prosecution. The US falsely claimed “self-defense” when they rejected the Afghan government’s offer for cooperation to find, arrest, and extradite anyone involved in criminal activity upon presentation of evidence, and four weeks after 9/11 attacked the country of Afghanistan. To pile-on the extent of the crime, this occurred against US treaty obligation (a familiar phrase from Mr. Obama) when the UN Security Council claimed jurisdiction of the issue with US permission in Resolution 1373 to manage cooperation under the law to find those responsible for 9/11.

The nation between these two under US armed attack, Iran, is in the middle of a region under lying US rhetoric to dominate. The US lies that Iran “threatens to wipe Israel off the map,” lies by omission to conflate Iran’s lawful nuclear energy program with an unsubstantiated nuclear weapons program, despite the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) history of all reports that there is zero evidence of any diversion of nuclear material to weapons development. The US prostitute corporate media lies to keep the documented truth from public awareness, as the facts would destroy whatever agenda is driving these ongoing lies.

The US openly threatens Iran with an official first-strike nuclear weapon policy. The US says this is legal because nuking Iran is a pre-emptive defense against their threat to “wipe Israel off the map.” This is US terrorism under our flag and paid by our labor through taxes.

Policy response: Gandhi and Martin Luther King advocated public understanding of the facts and non-cooperation with evil. I’m among hundreds who advocate:
  1. Understand the laws of war. These were legislated after WW2 and are crystal-clear that only self-defense, in a narrow legal meaning, can justify war. This investment of your time takes less than an hour and empowers you to legally stand for ending these Wars of Aggression.
  2. Communicate. Trust your unique, beautiful, and powerful self-expression to share powerful information as you feel appropriate. Understand that while many people are ready to embrace difficult facts, many are not. Anticipate your virtuous response to being attacked and give it in the spirit of competition, just as you do in other fields.
  3. Refuse and end all orders and acts associated with these unlawful wars and constant violation of treatiesThose involved with US military, government, and law enforcement have an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. Unlawful acts only move forward with sufficient cooperation and public tolerance. Stop cooperating with the most vicious crime a nation can commit: war.
  4. Support global security through cooperation, dignity, justice, and freedom. End poverty through global cooperation to achieve the UN Millennium Goals by developed countries investing 0.7% of their income. End extremism by providing all humanity with an opportunity to live a life of peaceful creativity.
  5. Prosecute the war leaders for obvious violation of the letter and spirit of US war laws. You can only understand how these wars are specifically unlawful by investing the time to do so. Because the crimes are so broad and deep, I recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) to exchange full truth and return of stolen US assets for non-prosecution. This is the most expeditious way to understand and end all unlawful and harmful acts. Those who reject T&R either by volunteering their name and/or responding when named are subject to prosecution after the window of T&R closes.

"The US falsely claimed “self-defense” when they rejected the Afghan government’s offer.."

    Etc. Etc.

If you are going to rely on a spin-art portrayal of international legalism, how can you call the Taliban/AlQaeda entity the "government" of Afghanistan. The United Nations did not consider it the government, the government was in exile, its military the Northern Alliance. Only Saudi, UAE and Pak recognised the Taliban.

Jack: Yes, the US falsely claimed self-defense under the laws of war and rejected the UN Security Council for international cooperation. The US is guilty of a War of Aggression in Afghanistan, Iraq, and threatens Iran with more unlawful war. “Government” of Afghanistan requires lengthy historical explanation, not the least of which is the US offer to help their government upon expulsion of the Soviets. The US lied; Afghanistan descended into civil war. The US lies and underfunds by 75% their promise for ending poverty by funding the UN Millennium Goals when their promise is just 0.7% of GNI to save a million children’s lives a month while reducing population growth. The UN just declared Afghanistan the world’s worst place for a child to be born.

This point is background of threat of more unlawful war against Iran, and rejection of Iran’s offer that would satisfy concerns, if they were legitimate. Why won’t the US declare peace? What are these wars really for?

Islamic regime in Iran is keeping its people hostage and the free world should not allow it to have access to nuclear weapons so that we will have a chance to rid Iran from the Islamic fundamenalists there. We can not guarantee Iran any rights when it does not respect any of the basic norm be it domestically or internationally. I am an Iranian but I am glad that realism is preventing Iran from going nuclear. The problem with Iran is its ideology not just its nuclear ambition. Once Iran has a government that acts like Finland then they can have nuclear power.

    Amir:
There is no evidence of nuclear weapons development in Iran. Read the evidence. You are arguing for American tyranny, rejection of US law and Constitution. But you won’t see or admit the irony in your statements to deny rights as a function of law. Not even when you profess absolute ignorance in your first sentence of comment will you pause in your attack. Look in the mirror; that’s who you’re attacking.

The funny part of the Iran "Nookular" issue is the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty which states Iran is allowed to have nuclear power stations for peaceful purposes. Not only that, I am almost sure that we have to HELP them build it, according to article 5. Only four recognized sovereign states are not parties to the treaty: India, Israel, Pakistan and North Korea. India, Pakistan and North Korea have openly tested and declared that they possess nuclear weapons. Israel has had a policy of opacity (LYING) regarding its own nuclear weapons program. If the United States wants to get rid of terrorism, it needs to cut Israel loose forever. But we all know THAT ain't gonna happen. For a historical reference, the U.S. is just Weimar Germany all over again and it's 1932.

2/ At some point enough Americans will have worked all this out to then demand something be done about the Jewish State's treason, and that point is approaching, and so the Jewish State has reasoned that demands will be made that they be nuked, but it will be discovered that no America nukes can be targetted against the Jewish State as the programming does not allow it.

Much consternation will follow, but things will be done to rectify the situation, and the Jewish State cannot be the winner where enough of the public will have woken up to their basest treason, which is why it is better that both Russia and America first destroy one another over Iran than that America wakes up to the Jewish State's treason.

1/ It's not about Iranian nukes, which they don't have, or if they did wouldn't dare use them as Iran would be destroyed by mid morning. So, why destroy Iran ? It's not about oil as oil is not a fossil fuel and so will not run out. It's about getting Russia and America to destroy one another for the urgent reason that knowledge is spreading that easily 100 tons of nano thermite was acquired from Israel to bring down the wtc buildings on 911.

Why do i think it was manufactured in Israel ? A material like this has few apps, and all of them military, and in small quantities; pounds at a time; so that when a hugely large order comes in, for reasons of security, all the workers have to be utterly loyal and across the board loyalty can be expected of Jewish workers, otherwise had the nano thermite been manufactured in the US, someone would have talked by now.

Iran will get peace the same way the Af-Paks and Iraqis will: When the Bankster says so. My findings are that Iran has got geo-strategic position, oil, and like Hitler's Germany; their own monetary and banking system.
