We hold these Truths as self-evident...
The American public is being played; duped into one unlawful War of Aggression after another. The criminal perpetrator of these war lies is a controlling faction of our own government. The evidence in this article will prove beyond any doubt that “war lies” is the accurate term; lies in Orwellian opposite of the verifiable facts, lies that cannot be reasonably construed as misinterpretations or well-intended mistakes.
These are what political historians reference as “Big Lies;” so massive and evil that ordinary citizens initially reject the objective evidence because they can’t imagine their leadership being literal psychopaths. Big Lies evoke sufficient cognitive dissonance for the public to embrace the Big Lie…but only for a time.
That time, now, is over.

A version of Aeschylus, Greek playwright, memorably quoted by Robert Kennedy upon the assassination of Martin Luther King. The only trial found the US government guilty in a massive conspiracy to assassinate Dr. King for his actions to end unlawful US war in Vietnam. Evidence is also clear that Robert Kennedy was assassinated by our own government when he became the leading candidate for president in 1968 upon the policy promise to end the Vietnam War.
Let’s consider our policy predicament of unlawful war in context over the next ten brief paragraphs before we consider the crystal-clear evidence that all claims for war with Iran are provable lies.
The Americans who suffer first and most are our men and women in American military uniforms.
The fascist faction calling the war shots and controlling their minions in corporate media target our own military for death and suffering: making sure they are duped by propaganda and never teaching them fundamental UN Charter law of what makes a war lawful or unlawful. These US War Lords then tear our soldiers from their loved-ones, dump them on foreign resource-rich soil as an unlawful invading horde and obvious targets of righteous local counter-insurgency to remove by any means necessary, and told by US oligarchs to defend the stolen resources for US corporate exploitation.
US political “leadership,” our soldiers’ lawless and loveless masters, criminally misuse our men and women while in uniform with “pretended patriotism” and weasel public support with disingenuous rhetoric to “support our troops” when the greatest support is to never engage in unlawful wars.
These political psychopaths morph “support our troops” to “abandon our veterans” through disgracefully negligent VA “services,” and coldly and hypocritically non-responding to the reality that veterans comprise one-third of homeless men in the US. These criminal war-mongers will never tell you, nor take any effective policy action to remedy the 6,000 US veterans they so mentally and physically damaged that they commit suicide every year.
“Support our troops” is calculated psychopathic propaganda.
Our young men and women enter military service in good faith; swear an Oath to support and defend the US Constitution (and consider here), despite the insertion of "always place the mission first" as dictated by their psychopathic masters into service branch creeds, and are now awakening by the thousands that their dedication to our nation’s sacred values have been twisted against them by fascist 21st Century American Nazis.
“Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as ‘dumb, stupid animals to be used’ as pawns for foreign policy.” - Woodward and Bernstein, The Final Days, referring to Secretary of State Henry Kissinger’s view of the US military during the Vietnam War.
“They asked if our own nation wasn't using massive doses of violence to solve its problems, to bring about the changes it wanted. Their questions hit home, and I knew that I could never again raise my voice against the violence of the oppressed in the ghettos without having first spoken clearly to the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today — my own government.”
Our men and women in uniform observe that their fascist self-appointed masters of the universe have an operative and unspoken slogan of “support our billionaires,” as they funnel literally trillions of our collective dollars to their gambling-addicted bankster buddies on Wall Street while ignoring obvious solutions that would help real Americans.
Our soldiers, our government employees, our citizens have one defining weapon to stop these criminals now: those of us in government service swear an oath to support and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We are all legally empowered to refuse unlawful orders when those orders are obviously illegal. Those who are authorized, are legally required to arrest criminals who issue obviously unlawful orders.
The appropriate action, if we are to remain American (by definition, acting within our Constitution), is immediate refusal of all orders associated to unlawful wars and unconstitutional overt and covert projects. The stick we have is criminal prosecution. However, given the amazing complicity of “leadership” in politics, economics, finance, banking, and corporate media, I recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) as the practical carrot We the People offer: an exchange of truth and return of stolen public assets for no prosecution. Those criminals who reject to T&R during a window of opportunity to come forward will be subject to criminal and civil prosecution.
The evidence that all claims for war with Iran are provable lies, 21st Century “Big Lies”:
- History to demonstrate past lies of war against Iran. Please note that this crucial and telling history is NEVER included in the war rhetoric from US political “leadership” and sycophantic corporate media. The US overthrew Iran’s democratically-elected government in CIA Operation Ajax in 1953; installing the vicious and US-compliant dictator Shah Pahlavi who crushed democracy until he was deposed in 1979. The purpose of the US unlawful overthrow was Iran’s request to renegotiate existing oil contracts that provided Iran with only 15% of the profits.
- More history: when Iran refused further US dictatorship over their nation in 1979; the US responded by supporting Iraq’s unlawful War of Aggression and invasion of Iran from 1980 to 1988. The US provided loans, intelligence, the US Navy destroyed Iranian oil platforms, and the US gave political approval of this grossly unlawful attack in the UN Security Council.
- For immediate history that extends into the present: US political “leaders” and colluding corporate media lie (yes, absolute lie is the accurate explanation) that Iranian President Ahmadinejad ever physically threatened Israel. This contrivance is the same kind of lying propaganda that preceded US unlawful attack on Iraq.
- Official US policy allows first-strike use of nuclear weapons against countries that could possibly threaten the US and/or our allies in the future. This policy is tailored to fit the above lying rhetoric of Iran threatening Israel.
- The US lies that Iran’s lawful and verified nuclear energy and medicine program is a threat of being a nuclear weapons program. This is a lie of Orwellian degree. The US takes all available evidence and constructs rhetoric in complete contradiction, and with no supporting evidence.
- The “nuclear issue” at the core of war threats is actually just one gram of medical isotopes for imagining procedures. The fuel cost for Iran to legally produce the 20% enriched material to create this “sip-full of coffee” volume of isotope is about $75,000. Iran needs this material to provide medical services for close to a million people. They have asked to buy the isotopes, but are blocked by US sanctions.
- Iran has repeatedly offered to swap raw uranium from their mines for processed nuclear energy fuel and been rejected by the US. This swap, or purchase, would end the dispute; but the US rejects peace in order to embrace propaganda leading to war.
- Iran understandably demands simultaneous fuel swap rather than receiving fuel “at a later date,” as the US has owed Iran fuel for over 30 years.
- The US is actively engaged in unlawful Black Ops to overthrow Iran’s government again.
- We know now that all claims to support war with Iraq were not only false, but known to be false at the time they were told.
- US overthrow of democracies and any other form of government has a long history.
- And remember, a US claim that Iran attacked the US is probably a false flag attack; an attack by the US to kill Americans to justify US attack on Iran.
- US corporate media has been and is now infiltrated by hundreds of government assets to propagandize Americans to support US war policies. These programs have been exposed numerous times, including in official US Congress reports.

Over 5,000 US soldiers have been killed so far as pawns of the civilian and military brass tyrants. Multiples more have been crippled physically and emotionally. There is no end in sight to current wars; indeed, the US is expanding them into Pakistan and Yemen and threatening more war with Iran. The dead are comforted by God; their families are devastated by the loss of their loved-ones. The crippled and their families face a range of challenges; many so severe that a total of 6,000 US veterans commit suicide every year. One-third of all US homeless men are veterans.
Our military was duped into these wars; our trusting young men and women took an Oath to support and defend the US Constitution that supersedes the Nazi insert of “placing the mission first.” The Claus von Stauffenberg faction of US military and government must act to end this soulless mass-murdering; this loveless series of unlawful wars and unlawful orders, if we want a future we’re proud to build.
This choice is up to our men and women in uniform and government for leadership. I provide:
- Explanation of the rules of lawful war omitted from their military training of what they can and cannot do after war begins.
- Analogies that the rules of war are almost exactly like those for an individual’s use of force on the street.
- Documentation of lies that were known to be lies as our political “leaders” told them and our war-whore corporate media mimicked to propagandize for war in Iraq.

And, our men and women in uniform must take action as they see best; as will our men and women in government and citizenry. As a teacher of government and law, I conclude our government leadership is guilty of treason against the American public, and guilty of mass murder against our soldiers.

Policy response: Gandhi and Martin Luther King advocated public understanding of the facts and non-cooperation with evil. I’m among hundreds who advocate:
- Understand the laws of war (and here). These were legislated after WW2 and are crystal-clear that only self-defense, in a narrow legal meaning, can justify war. The current US wars are not even close to being lawful and are legal treason against the US. Those involved with US military, government, and law enforcement have an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. To fulfill their oath they must immediately refuse all orders associated with unlawful wars and military-related constant violation of treaties, and arrest those who issue unlawful orders. The Oath of Enlistment to the US Constitution supersedes the fascist insertion of Nazi propaganda to "always place the mission first" of blindly following unlawful orders.
- Employ the obvious and simple solutions to end our economic controlled demolition and evolve to a civil economy. End poverty through global cooperation to achieve the UN Millennium Goals by developed countries investing 0.7% of their income (not that the UN is serious for their accomplishment, but the goals are what we should invest to produce). Support global security through cooperation, dignity, justice, and freedom. Create a US Department of Peace to help.
- Communicate. Trust your unique, beautiful, and powerful self-expression to share as you feel appropriate. Understand that while many people are ready to embrace difficult facts, many are not. Anticipate that you will be attacked and prepare your virtuous response in the spirit of competition, just as you do in other fields.
- Prosecute the war leaders for obvious violation of the letter and spirit of US war laws and constant lies to engage in further wars. Because the crimes are so broad and deep, I recommend Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) to exchange full truth and return of stolen US assets for non-prosecution. This is the most expeditious way to understand and end all unlawful and harmful acts. Those who reject T&R are subject to prosecution.
Local perspective: Part of my professional duties as a teacher of economics and government is to produce competent adult citizenry. This includes realization that our nation’s policies and money are managed at a broad community level, and these issues have tremendous local impact. Of course, we all want human beings to be individually successful and enjoy their unique, beautiful and powerful self-expressions. Concurrently, we recognize our commitment to local success is strongly dependent upon the success of the community, and that government policy and economics are drivers.
Our status in early 21st Century human history is that we suffer from a long history in government and money of human interrelationship well-described as vicious antagonism. Governments frequently use war as a foreign policy, despite its illegality and dependent upon public ignorance, with horrific consequences. Economic policy is still created within a “Robber Baron” paradigm to concentrate money to an elite few families. Two examples:
1. National taxes effect you dearly, especially the tax to pay interest on the national debt. This costs the American public over $400 billion every year. This is $4,000 per year for every $50,000 of income. Do the math to understand your household’s tax burden for a monetary policy invented by banks for banks to create our money supply as debt. Your competence in this area contributes to our collective voice to simply shift monetary policy to easily pay the national debt, enjoy full employment, collectively save us over a trillion dollars every year, and finally realize what our brightest American minds have been advocating for centuries beginning with Benjamin Franklin. This would have unprecedented local benefits, and requires collective power to accomplish.
2. Ending poverty everywhere on our planet would cost just 0.7% of our income and save a million children’s lives every month. This human accomplishment will cause unimaginable joy at our local level.

3 of 3: Bush isn’t even mentioned in the article, if you care to read it with any attention. Bush is a puppet of his masters behind the scenes. One of the advantages of having him as president is that he was so incapable of communicating the complex propaganda he was tasked to do that millions of Americans woke-up to realize the Orwellian distance between the facts and what he was saying.

The problems facing the US are so large that more Americans are living abroad now (as a percentage of the US population) than at any time since 1776. I consider myself a Bush Refugee myself. 3 of 3: Explain how all IAEA documentation of Iran’s nuclear material is all accounted for peaceful and legal use, and Iran has offered multiple times to buy or swap for the enriched nuclear fuel they are legally entitled to produce and the US rejects while owing Iran fuel their taxpayers already purchased from the US. Explain how war rhetoric for weapons has zero evidence from all inspections under NPT and Bush/Obama ranting is about Iran’s voluntary Additional Protocol above and beyond NPT.
Explain why you won’t apologize for insulting the victory of almost every American family over Nazi Germany that our veterans and families paid so dearly to deliver. Many, like my beloved father-in-law, paid daily from his war wounds for the remainder of his Nazi-shortened life.

Just about everybody I talk to says the U.S. should bring home the troops and close the borders. However, only one person is not intimidated from contacting her senators, and she says we are about 80% of the way to a fascist state.

If Eugene is not a professional propagandist, a COINTELPRO/PSYOPS/Operation Mockingbird asset, why does he refuse to answer my questions regarding the heart of the article and Americans’ concerns of war if he has a legitimate counter-argument?
Why does he instead “discredit” the Big Lie theory rather than show it’s not applicable (the “Big Lie” is extensively considered in the flood of historian and political science professional scrutiny following the war)?
Because the facts prove these wars are indeed Big Lies, isn’t it obvious that the government selling those lies who control corporate media would also have to employ people like Eugene to infiltrate independent articles to propagandize away from the facts that expose the Big Lies???

I deleted Eugene’s 2nd non-response to the topic of this article and will continue to do so in my management of the comments on this site. Eugene lied to you about US war laws, won’t correct it, and won’t apologize for his “error.” Eugene “discredits” without intelligent consideration of the political theory of the “Big Lie” foisted-upon the educated German public that is helpful to understand the United States of the present.
Eugene, of course, refuses to accept the challenge of any of questions that get to the heart of this topic: our US political “leaders” and corporate media engage in the Big Lie right now, in Orwellian degree, with lies for war with Iran after documented lies for war with Iraq and Afghanistan. He stated he meant no disrespect for Americans who sacrificed against fascism, but curiously rejects embracing the lessons of that history.
His diversions are meant to drive attention from this life-and-death trillion dollar issue.

It is my fear that you will use your censorship to delete my posts, whilst leaving your rebuttals in an effort to create a "straw-man" style argument and prove yourself correct. I didn’t mean to go on this long, but one more: I taught in central Los Angeles with gang killers. These young men were basically good people, in my experience, and only became dangerous when crossed, and only entered gang-life because the path they saw their parent (usually one) on was a less attractive future than the fast and furious path with their homies. I only met one young man who said he genuinely liked hurting people. My point is that I’m sure you’ve lived and are living a fascinating life, want to build a brighter future, and like all of us are challenged by how to respond to the Orwellian reality of some kind of power structure calling the shots.

Again, I am happy to refute your points - but I will not do it here. Your problem is that you refuse to allow anyone to challenege your premises. You are attempting to coerce me (and others) into accepting your premises before responding to you. This is inherently unfair and forces everyone to fight on "ground of your choosing" as it were.
Anyway, I'd also like to mention that I have no idea what "Operation Mockingbird" is. This is the second time you have assumed I am part of some vast governmental conspiracy (at least it's a different one this time). Let's be honest Carl, no governmental conspiracy would waste its time with small fries like you. The very fact that you are unable to conceive of other human beings who might disagree with you and NOT be some part of a major conspiracy speaks volumes of both your hubris and paranoia.

I'm kind of interested too see what Eugene tried to post and be allowed to observe his actions and subsequently determine if he is a disinformer or just somebody clutching at straws (that are layed out by the mass media) to hold onto his constructed reality (admittedly construced of many misinterpretations and misinformation etc) if derved from this medium. I think the argument from truth has its application here, all voices even the stupidest ones help to produce the truth eventually. One thing to bare in mind is that most legal and political documents are written ambiguously in the first place and are subsequently open to individual interpretation so no one interpretation is more justified, some may just sit better wit your moral fibre. I say allow all comments and highlight/undermine (with references) those you beleive to be disinformation. Allow us to make our own judgements rather than assume you know whats right and wrong, nobody is right all of the time.

You have no idea what my political views are actually I think any American with half a brain should have defended the constitution when they could. The Patriot act has happened. I also think that we are heading toward world government but you find a way of dealing with the problems that humanity has while such significant amounts are spent securing nations within an anarchic international structure. As I have stated on other comments world government is not a bad idea what its goals and means are is what bothers me. Also I agree that the world government will probably come about through not good means and therefore should be stopped. I do not think we (humanity) should be subject to the whims of an oligarcy/beurocracy/facist dictatorship or even full democracy. To be continued.
The funny thing is I think world government should be a constitutional republic with very similar values to your old undermined constitution. Liberty is not an inaliable right but is something that is secured for us through government and the constitution enshrines that in law. Democracy would be important but one important note is that democracy is mob rule and therefore the mob could come after you, hence the constitution. I think the American people should stop at nothing short of a peaceful revolution (if possible) in oprder to reestablish their constitution and not just for their sakes but for the rest of the worlds sake too. With great power comes great responsibility and therefore the American people have a great and grave responsability to not allow their nation to be used as a vehicle to create a world order with the elites at the top.
