Elizabeth Chapin-Pinotti is the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for one of the 58 county offices of education in California. She is a UCLA graduate with MSs in Psychology and Educational Technology and a PhD in Literature. Elizabeth has taught at both the elementary and secondary level.
