Baltimore City Paper said A-Class " was in a whole different league from almost any of other MCs" during the 2008 Scribble Jam preliminaries held in Baltimore last year adding that "it'd be boring to watch him win all the time if he wasn't such a talented performer." A-Class is known to win battles, as he has with pretty much every important battle in Baltimore from the Masters, to Show Me What You Got, to No Guts No Glory, but his recorded material is also very high quality, showing the versatility that A-Class holds that is often missing from most battle rappers of his Caliber.
