Privacy Human Right violated by forced car chip (video)

In a blatant disregard for the Human Right to privacy, soon, Brazilians will join other nationals forced to have their cars chipped, with an identification chip (RFID) plus have GPS locators and "blockers." Presently, American Targeted Individuals(TIs) and TIs in other countries have been tracked by such covert means, not only in their cars, but also through forced brain chips for the ultimate purpose of personal injury.

"Human Right to Private Life - The right to privacy is the right to individual autonomy that is violated when states interfere with, penalise or prohibit actions which essentially only concern the individual. The right to privacy encompasses the right to protection of a person’s intimacy, identity, name, gender, honour, dignity, appearance, feelings and sexual orientation and extends to the home, the family and correspondence."

Among greatest violations of human rights, is secretly forcing RFID chips into humans without their knowledge or consent, as Targeted Individual James Walbert and an untold number of American children and adults are experiencing in their homes and communities - and possibly in prisons. (See "Related Articles" below.)

Forcing such devices in cars is similar.

Invasive privacy violations through electronic tracking creates means to persecute, injure and otherwise neutralize innocent people for political reasons.

Targeted Individuals website page, "Techniques," lists the following "Tracking" means, all of which violate the Human Right to privacy:

"Targets are tracked on foot by foot soldiers.
They are tracked in their cars.
Targets can be tracked by using their cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices. If their cell phone number is know, there are Internet programs that will track a target to within a few feet.
GPS tracking on their cars. These are all ways that targets are tracked where they go and their activities monitored."

Through 24-7 RFID and GPS tracking, the target can be persecuted through other techniques, such as vandalizing the target's property when they are away from it. Targeted Individuals Techniques page lists a few of the typical ways a target's property is vandalized:

"Vandalism
If the target owns property, this can be as simple as broken door handles, knobs, to actual slashing of tires. They will also break in and do small damage to items the target owns. Eg. If you buy a new sweater, they might break in and cut holes in it. Holes in undergarments. If you go to a store to get a repair done check for damages. This goes for boots, and coats. Eg. Zippers and the heals of long heeled boots."

Civilian spies are hired to monitor and harass the target, so they need to know where the target is a all times according to the TI website an countless consistent accounts by TIs who have contacted the Examiner.

"Brazil‘s government, behind the facade of open democracy, continues to advance its way as one of the most aut[h]oritarian police states in the world," reports NWO in Brazil based on an article in Folha de S.Paulo, a Portuguese language newspaper published in São Paulo that is Brazil's largest in circulation since 1986.

"It is unclear how this will work but in this article of the Folha de Sao Paulo says the Denatran (Transit National Department) will oversee the center, and that it will be operated by Serpro (organ of government for data processing). This means that the brazilian government can access the location of any car registered in any country!"

In 2008, Beth Bacheldor reported in the RFID Journal:

"South Africa, at least 500,000 RFID tags are now being affixed to metal license plates to automatically identify vehicles and verify they are properly registered. Within the next two years, 10 million cars in that country are expected to sport electronic license plates.

In Bermuda, meanwhile, more than half of the island nation's cars and trucks currently have RFID-enabled registration stickers attached to their windshields, and all of its trucks and cars—nearly 25,000—are expected to have them by June of this year. Other countries—including Brazil, China, Dubai, India and Mexico—have either already begun implementing or are currently eyeing RFID-enabled vehicle identification and registration systems.

Such systems, known as electronic vehicle registration (EVR) or electronic vehicle identification (EVI), leverage passive RFID transponders—typically ultrahigh-frequency (UHF)—embedded in decals affixed to windshields or other parts of a vehicle."

RFID Journal provides an interactive map to learn more about where RFID are deployed.

"The interactive map above displays RFID deployments in different parts of the world. The goal is to show how widespread RFID adoption has become, and to help you find information regarding deployments relevant to your own RFID applications. You can add deployments not currently on the map by filling out the form below." (RFID Journal)

The Journal lists the following "VIRTUAL EVENTS":

The Journal's March 23 website information includes the following to entice large businesses to employ RFID technology  to "build loyalty while enhancing revenue":

"Resorts, amusement parks, sports arenas, private clubs and restaurants are among the diverse organizations that are employing radio frequency identification to enhance the customer experience and improve their bottom line. This virtual event will feature early adopters sharing real-world case studies that reveal the business benefits of RFID technologies. Register today to hear the latest information that can help organizations build loyalty while enhancing revenue."

In "Health Care," the Journal reports:

An RFID Journal webinar "Testimonial" by  Diana Hage, Chief Executive Officer, RFID Global Solution, Inc. reads:

"We had several significant prospects attend our RFID Journal-sponsored webinar and closed a multi-million dollar contract within eight weeks of the event, so once again RFID Journal is proving to be my very best marketing investment."

Any man, woman or child can be targeted for what is nothing less than NSA / CIA Satanic motives, such as covering up human trafficking, as the whistlblower, a Sacramento firefighter paramedic in the video below opposed. He expressed outrage about a related incident involving a police beating a man to death.  He was subsequently chipped without his knowledge or consent.
