In a blatant disregard for the Human Right to privacy, soon, Brazilians will join other nationals forced to have their cars chipped, with an identification chip (RFID) plus have GPS locators and "blockers." Presently, American Targeted Individuals(TIs) and TIs in other countries have been tracked by such covert means, not only in their cars, but also through forced brain chips for the ultimate purpose of personal injury.
"Human Right to Private Life - The right to privacy is the right to individual autonomy that is violated when states interfere with, penalise or prohibit actions which essentially only concern the individual. The right to privacy encompasses the right to protection of a person’s intimacy, identity, name, gender, honour, dignity, appearance, feelings and sexual orientation and extends to the home, the family and correspondence."
Among greatest violations of human rights, is secretly forcing RFID chips into humans without their knowledge or consent, as Targeted Individual James Walbert and an untold number of American children and adults are experiencing in their homes and communities - and possibly in prisons. (See "Related Articles" below.)
Forcing such devices in cars is similar.
Invasive privacy violations through electronic tracking creates means to persecute, injure and otherwise neutralize innocent people for political reasons.
Targeted Individuals website page, "Techniques," lists the following "Tracking" means, all of which violate the Human Right to privacy:
If the target owns property, this can be as simple as broken door handles, knobs, to actual slashing of tires. They will also break in and do small damage to items the target owns. Eg. If you buy a new sweater, they might break in and cut holes in it. Holes in undergarments. If you go to a store to get a repair done check for damages. This goes for boots, and coats. Eg. Zippers and the heals of long heeled boots."
In Bermuda, meanwhile, more than half of the island nation's cars and trucks currently have RFID-enabled registration stickers attached to their windshields, and all of its trucks and cars—nearly 25,000—are expected to have them by June of this year. Other countries—including Brazil, China, Dubai, India and Mexico—have either already begun implementing or are currently eyeing RFID-enabled vehicle identification and registration systems.
