Surviving Targeted Individuals (TIs), victims of covert criminal activities, have gone unchecked far too long says a large group of Americans allegedly on a government sanctioned hit list that is now appealing to the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, Senator Patrick Leahy for congressional investigation.
The hit-list program, believed to be part of the New Global Phoenix Program that Marshall Thomas identifies as the Monarch Program (see video below), consists of a campaign of lies, cover-ups, suppression, control, harassment, and domestic torture, ruining lives on U.S. soil, including slow-kill and fast-kill assassinations.
Across the United States and the globe, transnational covert harassment groups have organized and victimize mostly those considered to be disenfranchised and those exposing truth that mainstream media refuses to do.
Victim complaints of the alleged criminal activities escalated after September 11, 2001.
The treatment applies to blacks, women, children, the elderly, gays and lesbians, those institutionalised with mental illness, prisoners, newly immigrated citizens, plus many unsuspecting people, law abiding Americans.
People in every state of the union report being targeted for abuses such as ongoing stalking, unforced house entries, mail tampering plus directed energy weapons assaults that include shocks, stings, burning, nausea and disorientation.
Marshall Thomas, independent researcher exposing the current Phoenix Program in the U.S. states through video commnetaries, stated that the program is "aimed at dissidents, whistleblowers, and 'security risks' who are subjected to a combined program of Phoenix, MKULTRA, Cointelpro, and human experimentation using non-lethal weapons."
"The average American would be astonished to learn the extent to which classified surveillance technology has advanced today; to learn that remote manipulation of the human mind and body is now possible and all are at risk of abuses at the hands of technological predators," stated Derrick Robinson , President of Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance, one of many self-support groups that emerged after September 11, 2001 and the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act passed.

I've been in this "program" at least two years that I know of, I live in San Diego and it's truly been a surreal experience. It's neighborhood watch gone mad along with what appears to be gov't operatives with bizarre technology to escalate the punishment when you defy simple intimidation tactics. They go after those who live alone and use that as part of the process as their goal seems to be having you commit suicide or lash out against someone in an act of violence.
I ask the public please open your eyes, and help stop this because if you wait until it happens to you before you believe, there may not be enough free people left walking to help you.

They don't just attack loners - they come after those of us with families also. This is far more complex than you can possibly imagine. With couples and families, it is divide-and-conquer. They pit husband against wife, child against parent, and try to pull your family apart. The best thing you can do is stick together - don't cave in to the tactics they use to make you fight.
As John said, "It's neighborhood watch gone mad." I can't speak to anything but the surveillance, surreptitious home entries, theft, vandalism, defamation, but not much would surprise me anymore. I know that most of us have a bird's eye view of technology, so who knows what else might be going on. Having said this, we need an investigation of some sort because, whatever is going on is a clear threat to our country. COINTELPRO? Infragard gone mad? Red squads? All of the above? For the love of God and country, someone needs to do something.
I too am a victim of this technology and torture program. Im glad an article was written because most of us experiencing this have a hard time receiving help and recognition that this is actually happening. I have been a target of this program for several years, stalking for over a year, and electronic harassment since August of 2008, that I know of. I watched as my dog was tortured, her head heated up so hot that she couldn't lie down for long, they would hit her, she would get up, move, and try again. She eventually stopped coming near me, started laying with her head under the bed, eventually got lymphoma and I had to have her put down by November - four months after the electronics began. I watch as the businesses and people in homes around me arrogantly stalk and harass me with noise campaigns, timing things with the things I do in my home, lie in wait around my home to drive by when I do something specific. I am watched in my home, listened to from the moment I open my eyes in the morning, the electronics follow me anywhere in my home, car or anywhere I go. I was targeted for this program heavily last spring, had a bad overreaction and tried to run away, and then followed via satellite and drone for behavioral/psychotronic reinforcement. When I defy the rules, there are reprisals against friends and family members, including DEW attacks against my mother. I am considering a move away from the USA, and wondering if that only reinforces the intimidation strategy by showing that one can be driven out -- first out of ordinary, productive life and then from one's home. I had not realized that there's a core of fascistic weaponry and practice that is used against people within the United States so savagely. I suppose I am not very brave, because I've seen how much I yield to these tactics and how that yielding makes those around me-- friends and family-- also more vulnerable. Be strong, all TIs; otherwise we become part of this system of repression & silence.
Moving won't work. Visit some web sites to find out strategies to help, just do a search on "targeted individual" and other similar terms. They will follow you to other countries, so you need to use other strategies, particularly staying strong. Do your best to treat it like a crying baby in a restaurant - acknowledge it, know that it is annoying, then get on with your life - if the influence your behaviors, they will have you convincing the world that you are crazy, which is what they want, then suicide.

I've been a target for 11 yrs, living in a retirement park. The manager, a minister, is aware of the harassment & home damage caused by bully neighbors which, is ignored. Fortunately, my insurance company absorbed the cost & have video of home entry..The criminal acts by park citizens are being covered up by attempting to have me institutionalized. I've endured horrendous, as many others, the electronic assaults to my body, the sleep depravation, & stalking. I have been a targeted individual for years. I have visible scars, I have pictures. I continue to be harrassed by them by multiple attacks and tortures. I am an American citizen who does not deserve this treatment. I am a good person and citizen and I have not tried to hurt any other human being. Please make them stop this torture on humans.
I. Would like someone in the government to investigate as it is a constant nightmarish hell to endure this.
