Gulf oil crime cover-up of no clean-up?

The Obama administration officially suspended First Amendment Rights this Fourth of July weekend to better ensure a cover-up of the Deep  Horizon Gulf oil criminal activity including blocked clean-up, what could become a crime against humanity.

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum identifies crimes against humanity as "particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. Murder; extermination; torture; rape, political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice.

Any reporter within 65 feet of an oil spill boom, vessel or clean-up operation will be arrested for the new felony, a human rights violation the US would shun if it occurred in another country.

Mike Adams writes, "It seems downright spooky that on the weekend when the USA is about to celebrate Independence Day -- the July 4th holiday that commemorates freedom from tyranny -- we are bringing you a disturbing report on how the U.S. Coast Guard, under the direction of the Obama administration, has suspended the First Amendment in the Gulf of Mexico.

"Free Speech is now illegal on the beaches of the Gulf Coast. Any reporter, photographer or blogger caught within 65 feet of an oil spill boom, vessel or cleanup operation will be arrested, fined as much as $40,000 and prosecuted with a Class F felony crime by the U.S. government."

Adams calls the suppression "your "Independence Day" gift from the Obama administration, which once promised "transparency" in Gulf cleanup operations." See:

On Gateway Pundit, Jim Hoft lists points of "clear evidence" of criminal negligence to date, stating, "There is now clear evidence that the negligence by the Obama Administration caused the destruction of the Gulf coastline."

** The feds only accepted assistance from 5 of 28 countries.
** It took the Obama Administration 53 days to accept help from the Dutch and British.
** It took them 58 days to mobilize the US military to the Gulf.
** The feds shut down crude-sucking barges due to fire extinguisher concerns.
** The Obama Administration ignore oil boom manufacturers that have miles of product stockpiled in their warehouses.
** They only have moved 31 of 2,000 oil skimmers to the disaster area off of Florida.
** Florida hired an additional 5 skimmer boats to operate off its coast due to federal inaction.
** There are no skimmer boats off the coast of Mississippi.
** The massive A-Boat skimmer won’t be allowed to join the cleanup effort until the Coast Guard and the EPA figure out whether it meets their standards.
** The feds shut down sand berm dredging off the Louisiana coast.
** The president continues to hit the golf course, ball games, hold BBQ’s and party while the crude oil washes up on shore.

Hoft writes, "A catastrophe that could have been averted is now playing out. This is criminal negligence.
And clearly the fault lies with the Obama Administration. It’s a good thing the state-run media ignores these facts."

A "crime against humanity" means any of the below-listed acts listed when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack. Note "d" and  "k".

(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law;
(f) Torture;

(h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;
(i) Enforced disappearance of persons;
(j) The crime of apartheid;

    Continuing my comment. The Department of Defense admits they are putting troops into place throughout the United States to deal with civilian unrest. In addition, Northcom has just signed an agreement to cooperate with the Mexican military. One important thing that will be carried out once a state of martial law is declared is deployment of troops to portions of the United States far from where they live. In addition, foreign troops will be a valuable asset. Both of these measures ensure virtually no loyalty to the general public and complete loyalty to whatever tyranical form of government is instituted.

    With toxic rain clouds carrying the oil and dispersants over the United States it is only a matter of time before a food crisis develops. I have already talked to one person training as a security guard for FEMA and she confirmed that plans are being arranged for evacuating the south. It does not look like we have a good summer ahead of us.

    President Roosevelt stated that nothing happens by accident in politics. This is still true. There are a series of worse-case scenarios being considered right now for the southern portion of the U.S. First of all, what if a hurricane brings several million gallons of fuel inland. One or more cities will literally be coated in fuel. Give the city several days to dry out and all it will take is one spark to send the entire city up in flames.

    Another major concern is the supposed solution to this problem: a carbon tax or cap in trade. The world's leaders will be meeting in Mexico this December in yet another attempt to ratify a climate treaty. Attempts at such a treaty failed miserably at the Copenhagen conference last year. Some economists have estimated that if a cap in trade type treaty is ratified this December gas prices will rise to $7 per gallon. The economy will collapse once gas prices reach that level and the government knows that.

    How is this taking away freedom of speech? I mean, you can still shout your hate toward the government, or BP or what ever and will not get fined for it. If you go to some other 3rd world country and shout any hate toward your leader you'll probably get shot on sight. The same people they're taking away from the oil spills aren't usually allowed on a military base, some government property, most private property, etc. There's a difference here and you have to be ignorant to see that.

    Infowar - Thanks for your comments. A friend in DC 2 days ago reports 5 different types of "police" seen in abundance, many military vehicles traveling the streets and cars being stopped for drivers and passengers to show papers. Maybe you can shed light on this? I have not found any other information in terms of explanation.
