The IndictBushNow movement is conducting a nationwide campaign to oppose domestic spying, mass surveillance and data collection on the people of the United States who broke no law, Targeted Individuals (TIs), many of whom have been harassed and tortured in the covert domestic terrorism campaign.
People in every state of the union report being targeted for abuses such as ongoing spying many refer to as "stalking," unforced house entries, mail tampering plus some allege directed energy weapons assaults that include shocks, stings, burning, nausea and disorientation.

Illegal secret spying
Bush and Cheney’s secret spying program broke the law. This has been admitted and some of those programs were suspended. This new national campaign insists that the data that was collected on millions of people through these illegal spying operations should not be retained by the government.
This nation-wide effort called Expose and Expunge was initiated by the public interest legal organization, Partnership for Civil Justice Fund.
The national Expose and Expunge campaign has launched a sign-on letter for all to participate. Initial signers of the letter, including former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, have come together to take a stand against these continuing violations of fundamental rights. The initial signers represent a broad and diverse cross-section of leaders, human rights advocates, attorneys and legal scholars (see the initial list of signers).
To join this urgently needed campaign, Sign the Letter and forward the link to this article widely to friends and family members.
"If we all work together we can succeed in defending and advancing our basic rights," states campaign organizers.
Letter to Obama Administration and Congress
We the undersigned call on the Obama Administration and Congress to immediately begin identifying and expunging from all government databases the massive accumulation of information collected by the Bush administration’s illegal domestic spying operations on millions of people who broke no law.
Some of these illegal spying programs were suspended and yet the government maintains the illegally collected data. These databases should be expunged.
We also oppose the continuation of other programs initiated during the Bush era which continue on in wholesale data collection and mass surveillance, unchecked and unabated. For instance, federal agents, local law enforcement and U.S. military personnel, with input from private right-wing political groups, continue to collect and report surveillance data, including fabricated disinformation, to the 72 government Fusion Centers around the United States. Fusion Centers have been found to target political, student, and religious organizations and activities.
The people of the United States have a legal right to be free from government surveillance, the type of which was initiated by the Bush administration on an enormous scale. Using the Sept. 11 attacks as a pretext, the Bush White House permitted the FBI, the National Security Agency, the CIA, Pentagon and other law-enforcement and military agencies to conduct unprecedented data collection against the people.
Thousands have been targeted because of their political beliefs and activities, their religious beliefs, their race and ethnicity, or because they inadvertently fell into one of the many broad categories to justify and execute the sweeping data collection programs. This is the modern-day variant of the discredited witch-hunts of the 1950s.
We call on the Obama Administration and Congress to order a complete audit of law-enforcement and military data and record-keeping systems and to disclose to the public the scope and parameters of data-collection on people and organizations in the United States.
The people’s rights protected under the Constitution are fundamentally diminished unless these illegal operations are halted and the rights of all people are restored by the identification of data collection programs, and the expunging of those databases.

We also need to enforce the already existing stalking laws in our local communities and to include and expand services to victims of ALL stalking crimes. Domestic, Organized Stalking, Gang recruiting and Bullies in the work and school place.

There are those out there who think & believe that this is "theory", but a theory cannot be experienced on a daily basis by tens of thousands of people around the world. Nor is this a conspiracy.
We in the United States grew up being taught that we had Rights & Freedoms protecting us from the atrocities that occurred during the Holocaust, we know this is false. The "experiments" that we live through every day are a true testament to this fact.
We must fight to expose the truth behind the Black Funding that nearly every American pays for during their lives. We have a right to know what these funds support, why, and who. Because of "terror threats/National Security" We would all agree that secrets should be kept, we would also agree time limits should be enacted to aid preventing abuses.
Good information and good site. I think we need to go further and sue local law enforcement for not protecting and defending our civil rights because many TI's are being targeted by the mob for money, by right wing extremists who don't like our politics, religion, or color, etc., or to rape and make pornographic films for lust and greed. Many felonies, many reasons.
I believe the government is sometimes use as a decoy by stalkers who want others, mostly victims, to think that it is all very sophisticated, requiring hi-tech gadgets. Alot of stalking is done by everyday people who have some agenda, be it anything, from neighborhood gang recruitment to religious persecution.

Yea i noticed it started happing to me around late 2004, cars just stopping when i went by, spray paint with someone drawing a eye saying i'm watching you, and also the microwave attacks voice to skull the whole thing.
I first started noticing strange things around late 2004 when on a website someone was looking through my window describing things, then strange cars started stopping around my way and just sit there, then a portapottie near my house had spray paint on it with a eye saying "I'm watching you", then came the microwave attacks voice to skull the whole thing.

There are too many lists that people are getting placed on just because the government and it's agencies think they know best. No fly lists, Violent Person Registries, Terror Watch Lists, and dozens of others. All the information is shared, and you can be tracked and spied on for years, with no way to clear your name or get off such lists. Worst than that, you may never see what you were accused of or why you were treated that way.
I never wanted to live in communist countries because of this, but with what is happening, and the blank consent of my fellow citizens, I feel like I might as well be.
I was attending peace rallies in the early 2000's organized by Josh Canole and his friends. His house was busted into by the FBI and they tore it up and confiscated computer and detained him for weeks - for organizing peaceful, legal rallies opposing the war in Iraq. He sued law enforcement and the FBI and won. There was a lot of media coverage of this on KPFK, indymedia and TV. Some of the people attending the peace rallies, including me, have been followed and harassed, and it continues today. Thank you, Deborah, for your brave journalism to expose the targeting of law abiding citizens. It seems this is happening to more and more people in these times. It could happen to anyone.
Interesting group of names but they have all signed onto domestic spying in general and not organized mobbing of people. Of course any help is help. The way to fight back is for TIs to organize and name the people they can name. Provide the information they can provide and get disassociate with any TI who turns into a mobber (sorry got my own vocabulary I prefer). I am a defeated TI. I say give them what they want. They want your job, well take it. They want you dead, make my day. When there are no more innocent TIs let the mobbers turn on each other.
