In Breaking News today, Lori Price, Managing Editor of Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) has implied with one word in brackets that HARRP could have been involved in Chile's monumental 8.8 earthquake. CLG highlighting HAARP today concurs with a growing number of scientists and the public aware of the HAARP weapon of mass destruction and its geoengineering capacity to trigger "natural disasters" for imperialist political gain.

"Massive earthquake strikes Chile 27 Feb 2010 A massive earthquake with an initial magnitude of 8.8 has struck central Chile. The quake struck at 0634 GMT about 91km (56 miles) north-east of the city of Concepcion and 317km south-west of the capital, Santiago. Buildings in Santiago were reported to have shaken for between 10 and 30 seconds, with the loss of electricity and communications. The US issued an initial tsunami warning for Chile, Peru and Ecuador. That was later extended to Colombia, Antarctica, Panama and Costa Rica. [HAARP]"
HAARP has capacity to target areas and trigger "natural disasters" that the area is prone to experience so that the disaster is viewed as natural instead of attacked by a weapon of mass destruction. Weather warfare was not a major topic at the recent Copenhagen Summit, despite its well attendance by environmentalists.
The Pentagon has "joined the global warming consensus" used by environmentalists' "global warming" campaign according to Chossudovsky.
"HAARP also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions.
"An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World." (Chossudovsky, 2004)

A bright glow is not a precursor to a natural earthquake. A bright glow was reportedly seen during the time of the Hait earthquake. Pravda.Ru reported The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the earthquake in Haiti, the article archived on NoLiesRadio.
A bright glow was seen during the time of China's last powerful earthquake. There is documented evidence that it was created by scalar weapons based on a wedding party video that showed plasma discharge lights in the sky before that earthquake.

The question now is whether there will there be Chilean reports of a great ball of fire during the time of their quake.

They recently busted out a fake Bin Laden message after the State of the Union Address where Obama mentioned climate change and green energy and jobs. In the past, those fake maeesages have been used for political objectives through stagecraft and reverse psychology. Bin Laden is the boogeyman, so do the opposite of what he says. Right? Well, this time he mentioned that the U.S. and other industrialized nations are the cause of global warming. I'm sure it was all timed to coincide with the use of scalar facilities to hammer the US with a harsh winter, as well? Cui bono? Big oil, coal, big energy status quo? Maybe the Israelis would benefit from the natural gas they want from Gaza so bad, too? Many motives. Many have motive.
As for why Chile? If scalar in nature? Big energy and disproving climate change, through climate change, is big money.

HAARP is a moron detector.
It's a powerful radio antenna - one of the most powerful in the world. But there's an upper limit to that power - the power available to the site. Which isn't a lot, based on the hydro lines running to it. And you can look at those power lines - they even give tours of the site.
That power is utterly insignificant compared to the power of an earthquake or hurricane. Even to create one AT the site. Nor is there any way for a microwave antenna to create an earthquake or hurricane.
And being a microwave antenna, that power much lesser just miles away from the site, and FAR less below the horizon. You could probably *detect* it in Chile, but the RF energy leaking from a local PC or monitor - let alone a local TV station - is far greater.

OK, genius: Tell us how radio waves cause an earthquake.
Your theory should, at a minimum, tell us where all the energy comes from to create that quake - it's not like there the transmitter is putting out energy on anything like the scale of energy in an earthquake. It should explain how it creates an earthquake half-way around the planet, when microwaves barely make it over the horizon, and won't travel through the earth. And it should explain why local TV and radio stations and airport radars in Chile don't set off earthquakes.
It might help to explain why earthquakes were a common occurrence - including in Chile - long before radio, let alone HAARP. (Granted, you could tell us that HAARP's effects include time travel. It's not like you'd have any less credibility.)

Tesla coils don't create energy. They don't store energy. They merely trade low voltage (and lots of current) for high voltage (with a lot LESS current). The energy remains the same.
There are two of them in the room with me right now. Both are in "lightning ball"/"plasma globe" type gadgets available in hobby stores. Even though very high voltages are created, the actual *power* is still no more than what comes out of the common power adapters that power them.
Put it this way: Suppose someone claimed, "iPods are causing earthquakes, and they're covering it up!!!" The "evidence" to support this claim is EXACTLY the same as the HAARP claims. One can just as easily produce a load of pseudo-scientific BS to support the claims, and turn it into YouTube videos.

There is a graph doing the rounds of the "HAARP causing earthquakes" debate which shows a huge spike in major earthquakes since about 1999 and therefore linked to HAARP being switched on. @N1Knows: Even the conspiracy theorists agree that HAARRP is a big radio transmitter. There are many thousands of people across Canada alone who are knowledgable about radio waves. Any decent ham radio operator or high school physics teacher can even look at pictures of the antennas and tell you what frequencies they're designed for. ITS. NOT. MAGIC.

This is not new. The HAARP is a "plate techtonic weapon". That terminology has been appearing in international treaties for about 10 years. The Chinese filed a paper with the UN blaming the US for the Sichuan earthquake. The Japanese claim ...that the US attacked their largest reactor with HAARP as well. To avoid further attacks, the Japanese signed over control of their national finances to the Americans. That is why Japan has lost 40% of cash reserves each of the last two years: America is bankrupting them with an agreement made under coercion.
The hallmark of HAARP is that the quakes are centered close to the surface. Haiti, for example, was just 7 miles deep.
