The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refused to halt aerial spraying humans with the poisonous pesticide banned in other countries, Corexit. Divine or international intervention is needed for Congressman Jerrold Nadler’s stop the spray bill to pass since EPA is in bed with chemical companies and DoD that has been secretly testing aerial spray chemical weapons on Americans and other nationals for decades to depopulate, an act of war.

The Convention on prohibition of the development, production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons and on their destruction, of 13 January 1993 (Chemical Weapons Convention - CWC) entered into force on 29 April 1997.

"This landmark Convention complements and reinforces the 1925 Geneva Protocol prohibiting chemical and biological weapons by also banning development, production and stockpiling of chemical weapons — as well as their use — and requiring the destruction of existing stockpiles. The 1925 Geneva Protocol was adopted following a dramatic appeal against chemical warfare by the ICRC at the end of the First World War." (1)

Chemical warfare (CW) involves using the toxic properties of chemical substances as weapons. In chemical warfare terms, "dispersion" is placing the chemical agent upon or adjacent to a target immediately before dissemination, so that the material is most efficiently used. Dispersion is the simplest technique of delivering an agent to its target. (2)

War in the name of "research"

First round of the Gulf Corexit pesticide government "research" operation found the sprayed poisons “aren't overly damaging to shrimp and small fish, but more tests are needed to determine what happens when they're mixed with oil,” as reported in McClatchy Newspaper, published in Truthout. (3)

Paul Anastas, EPA's assistant administrator for research and development, stated that the agency wasn't ready to decide whether BP should stop using the dispersant Corexit 9500 to break up the oil and switch to another one. 'We have more testing to do,' he said," reported Renee Schoof for McClatchy. (Emphasis added)

Historically, secret non-consensual human “research” is conducted under guise of some name that misleads, a cause to obtain consent from test subjects or to validate using humans unwittingly as test subjects. It is conducted for political gain, often with no human test subject consent. The present Gulf research is conducted under auspice of a “chemical dispersant” to break up the Gulf of Mexico oil mega-disaster.

There is no scientific evidence that this pesticide, Corexit, can clean water or prevent human or other life form harm from the gushing oil and accompanying toxins, as Congressman Nadler explained to Congress. (4) The aerial spraying chemical warfare on Americans continued with little to no resistance or aid from Americans or U.S. allies.

Calling it research or "tests" helps hide the reality and somehow makes it legal. According to the EPA, “tests on eight chemical dispersants found that they don't damage the body's glands and hormones in ways that can harm development or reproductive, immune and neurological systems” and “BP had reduced the amount of chemical dispersants it was using by almost as much as the government ordered it to do in May.” (5)

This was contrary to the the chemical bible, the Material Safety Data Sheets states about Corexit EC 9500 Dispersant that includes the following:

#12. Mobility: “If released into the environment thi material is expected to distribute to the air, water and soil/sediment.” Less than 5% in air, 10-30% in water, and 4050% in soil sediment.

As far back as 1925, the U.S. has been a world leader in research, development and application of poisonous gas as a weapon to further political agendas in "the hope of reducing the barbarity of modern warfare." (6) No bullets. No blood. No putrid odor with the poison, Corexit. 

Aerial spraying is a primary Department of Defense (DoD) chemical and biological weapon of war tactic to achieve its stated goal, Full Spectrum Dominance by 2020. (7)

This political agenda is not a humanitarian one.  No DoD agenda is.

Secret chemical experimentation for eugenics

Chemical testing on any human s morally unconscionable. Chemical testing on any human that offers no potential therapeutic benefit to test subjects is at best, scientifically dubious.  Disregarding such concerns, however, testing dangerous and even lethal chemicals on humans has escalated in recent years with unprecedented magnitude and funds.

Soft-kill poison aerial spray “chemtrails,” are among the U.S. “exotic” weapons  of mass destruction arsenal, as Congressman Dennis Kucinich illuminated in his resolution HR 2977 to prevent further exploration and use of these weapons. Kucinich stated that escalation of Chemtrail spraying over the U.S. is one example of domestic or state-sponsored terrorism. He was coerced to remove "chemtrail" from his congressional resolution.

Nazi ‘doctors’ and scientists’ experimental atrocities, such as exposing humans to poisonous chemicals and germs, shocked the world at the time.  Most people today are aware of those atrocities resultant of German eugenic policies. (8) The public is less aware of the strong German-American connection and America’s leadership of that German eugenics policy.  America’s wealthiest and most influential leaders, including oil tycoon, John D. Rockefeller Sr., railroad tycoon, James J. Hill and steel tycoon, Andrew Carnegie, are among American eugenics leaders. (9)

Only some of the many Nazi doctors and scientists responsible for eugenic crimes were held accountable during the Nuremberg Trials. Only some were found guilty of crimes against humanity.  Many escaped to the U.S.

The U.S. government brought over 12,000 of those non-convicted, key Nazi scientists and doctors, to the U.S. in Operation Paperclip. These Nazis were quickly merged with US intelligence to form the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA.

The CIA’s latest huge non-consensual human experimentation involving kidnapping and torturing “detainee” subjects follows a long history of the agency’s leadership in such experimentation, such as through DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency that commissions “advanced research” for DoD.

In 1994, Dr. Cole testified before the Senate, the Rockefeller Committee issued a report confirming 50 years of secret government testing on both civilians and military personnel. (Worthington, 2005)

Since Operation Paperclip and subsequent decades of secretly testing aerial chemical spraying humans, for over a year now, the Pentagon has been prepared to secretly fight and ‘win’ a ‘biological war.’ This agenda is under its determination for Full Spectrum Dominance under pretext of fighting terrorism, a terrorist being anyone, anywhere who exposes or attempts to expose truth about high-level corruption and psychopathy. (10) In 2002, a preparation and strategy directive for winning a “biological war” was adopted, without public knowledge and review according to Francis Boyle, the international legal expert at University of Illinois who drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 enacted by Congress. (11)

All weapons of war require research and development on humans, permissible in the U.S. although in violation of international law. The U.S. government has been and is responsible for secret chemical and biological research not only on detainees in overseas hell-holes, but on its own citizenry, in their homes and communities in the land of the free.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans in various geographical areas have been nothing more than human guinea pigs for testing the worst weapons of mass destruction, including biochemical weapons.  Since WWII, entire American cities have been secretly aerial sprayed with injurious bio-chemical agents, in the name of “research.”  It is naïve to think this practice has not existed and more so to think it has halted, especially with present gassing of Americans in the Gulf of Mexico region.  

Historically, American individuals targeted as subjects for testing weapons have been most typically among one of two broad categories: the vulnerable and the dissenters. This practice steadily escalated, particularly since the false flag 911, 2001 mass murder in New York City, as hundreds if not thousands of Americans would testify if given that opportunity.

Introducing S.193 to prevent non-consensual human experimentation, Senator Glenn made the following comments on the floor of the U.S. Senate:

"In 1993 the Governmental Affairs Committee began to investigate the cold war radiation experiments. These experiments are one of the unfortunate legacies of the cold war, when our Government sponsored experiments involving radiation on our own citizens without their consent.

... During the course of this investigation, I began to ask the question, what protections are in place to prevent such abuses from happening again? What law prohibits experimenting on people without their informed consent?

What I found, when I looked into it, is there is no law on the books requiring that informed consent be obtained. More important, I believe there is a need for such a law, as there continue to be cases where this basic right - I do view it as a basic right - is abused.

... we still don't have a law on our books requiring that informed consent - those two words, 'informed consent' - be obtained prior to conducting research on human subjects.

... there is a very elaborate system of protections that have developed over the years. Unfortunately, though, this system does have some gaps and, if enacted, I believe this legislation will close those gaps.

Despite former Senator Glenn’s and other congressional attempts to halt this ongoing human rights violation called "human research," U.S. presidential veto allowed this atrocity continue through today. (12) The long history of United States CIA, Pentagon, Health Department, Universities and others secretly researching aerial spraying effects on non-consenting American citizens and citizens of other nations has culminated in widespread application of chemicals on the people of the Gulf of Mexico region.

Within the U.S., no effective human or environmental protection agency or program prevents this atrocity. The beat goes on.

No perpetrator stops on his or her own.  There is no reasoning with extremists. The real terrorists are protected with military and black op force. The system, people in government, and others responsible for human tragedies will not expose these matters. That would prove their felonious involvement with crimes detailed above, or their cowardly failure to act on known misconduct in government.

Those Americans who do try to prevent such human rights violations are neutralized, removed from their positions, or worse. Van Jones was the first to experience this persecution in the eObama adminstration - for signing  a 911 Truth Petition. Hugh Kaufman, EPA analyst is one among many examples during the Bush administration. When the Kaufman reported with integrity truth about 911 invetigative findings including those related to chemicals and effects, he lost his EPA position. He now speaks truth to power about the chemical poisoning with Corexit 9500 of millions of Gulf Coast people and the disperant meant to cause internal bleeding of people and othe life forms.

S. Louisiana domestic terrorism target

As reported by mainstream news, Amy Worthingtom wrote that "the terrorist racket is a huge growth industry for hungry corporations that interface with the Department of Death and lust for $10 billion set aside for terrorism prevention." (14) For years, south Louisiana has been targeted for domestic, state-sponsored terrorism. It is oil and gas rich and strategically located with the nation's most inland port, Baton Rouge, making it a handsome conquest for controling the entire nation, sooner or later with military force.

That Louisiana is amog if not the primary terrorist targeted US area has been known to many of its residents for decades. Too few would have guessed that it has been their own government would be their enemy.

Soon after Hurricane Katrina, as south Louisiana people suffered amidst the inhumane aftermath due to oil giant and high-level government evil corruption, despite public outcry, the U.S. military was brazenly determined to conduct open-air germ tests on them, (15) the same people suffering today from gassed in an open air gas chamber. The petrochemical-military-industrial complex never rests in its satanic acts based on lies and deceipt to bring the power of hell to Earth.

In response to that 2005 attempted poisonous assault by the military on the poeple of south Louisiana, Captain Joyce Riley stood before Louisiana government officials and told them that the only acts of terrorism ever conducted on American soil have been perpetrated by our own government.

Instead of focusing on U.S. government's military involvement in non-conensual human experimentation and terrorism observed in the Gulf of Mexico crime against humanity, oil eyes are on BP, only one cog in the petro-chemical-military-industrial complex terrorism.
