Keith is a freelance sportswriter and travel writer based in Fort Mill, SC, just over the NC/SC border from Charlotte. He grew up playing sports in Charlotte, first with Myers Park-Trinity, followed by a four-sport career at Charlotte Latin, a private school in south Charlotte. Keith played football, baseball, basketball and track while at Latin, earning all-conference and all-state honors. Keith also coached baseball at Charlotte Catholic, and currently helps coach a number of baseball teams at Pineville-Ballantyne Community Athletic Association, where his nine-year-old son participates and has played on All-Star teams for two years.
