Listen up, George... Sandra Bullock is single again and if you ever break up with Elisabetta Canalis, you really ought to ask Sandy out on a date --

Sandra Bullock has been married for the past 5+ years to Monster Garage mechanic Jesse James. When she gave her Academy Awards acceptance speech for her starring role in the movie "The Blindside", she specifically thanked both Clooney and her husband.

George Clooney is currently dating the Italian swimsuit model Elisabetta Canalis. The couple has been together since Summer 2009, but despite an obvious physical attraction, things in the romance department seem to be going nowhere fast.

Now that Bullock and James are legally divorced thanks to James cheating with home wrecker and tattooed stripper Michelle McGee, and George Clooney has come out and said he will never marry the young Canalis (but denies they have split), we have a suggestion to put forward...

Even IF Clooney does not really want children and Sandy is the mom of a news adopted green baby.

Have George Clooney and Sandra Bullock ever dated? The answer to that question as best we can tell is no -- Not really.

However -- that can stop us from hoping that one day there would be a Cloonlock Bullooney story making celebrity news headlines for the next few decades.

Many of the pairs fans would like to see them hook up some time in the next few years, absolutely.

With so much in common, we think the pair could be one of the most successful professional couples in Hollywood -- perhaps more popular than Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Bogey and Bacall, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Barack and Michelle Obama, or Ken and Barbie.

We know it ain't easy being green movie stars -- but it's got to be easier when you can share the journey with somebody who is walking the same path, understands you, and is trustworthy.

To that end, we already know the Cloon could trust Sandy... and we'd like to think there would be no typical male Hollywood star bull and infidelity from Clooney.

We'd also like th think he would make a great baby daddy for her newly adopted son Louis.

George Clooney thinks he would make a poor husband because he works all the time; Sandra Bullock works all the time herself -- so who better to be understanding and to appreciate the time spent together and understanding the real need to be with someone who you can trust to have your back while your brain is busy working on creative pursuits?
George Clooney is a green celebrity who has been very involved in helping Haiti; While Elisabetta just looked pissed off that Clooney had been neglecting her while working to organize his fundraiser, Sandra Bullock stepped up to the plate and gave a million dollars to help Haiti
George Clooney does not want kids; Sandra Bullock does not seem to mind being a step-mom and has been very loving in the role to Jesse James children, but has made no strong declarations about having a desire to produce any of her own. Will we ever get to see Clooney and Bullock star together in a romantic comedy or make a red carpet appearance together while dating?
