Dorothy Kieffer discovered she had Celiac Disease after years of previous medical testing and false diagnoses. She now does all that she can to encourage symptomatic people to get proper celiac testing. She stresses the importance of celiac awareness though out the United States and within our own communities. Dorothy is married and has two children. She works as a Respiratory Therapist in a busy medical center. Dorothy believes that we can find the strength to over come our health issues with positive thoughts, a little hard work and encouragement from others.
