An avid genealogist for nearly 25 years, Shelley Murphy is researching the Davis, Goens, Roper, Marsh, Boyer, Worden, and Murphy families. With a master's in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and specializing in African-American research, Shelley holds memberships with local AAHGS, national and state genealogy groups, and various historical societies, and presents Genealogy 101 workshops at the local community college and at state and national genealogy conferences.
