Sometimes fans forget that celebrities used to just hang out with friends and do the things every other normal person does.  It's hard to imagine, but many famous stars do play board and card games, online games and PC games in their spare time to rev up or wind down. Which celebrity plays what game?

Scrabble playing celebrities

Londonist.com gives an accounting of some big names who are Scrabble players. According to an article on their website written by Rob, October 20, 2005, " Forget the Olympics: We Got the Scrabble Championships", Mel Gibson, Christina Aguilera, Chris Martin, (lead singer with the band Coldplay), Madonna and Guy Ritchie are Scrabble fans. A Free Press release confirmed the buzz about this.

World of Warcraft celebrity players

Is it really so hard to believe that a celebrity or two might play World of Warcraft, the most dominant MMO game (Massively Multiplayer Online Game) in the world? Well it shouldn't be.  UGO games has a section on World of Warcraft that claims Dave Chappelle, Robin Williams, Vin Diesel, Cameron Diaz, Hulk Hogan and Ben Affleck are all WoW players.

Miscellaneous celebrity gamer trivia
