Syracuse has its share of well-known food finds: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Hoffmann's hot dogs, Joey's Pasta Sauce. But to find the area's hidden treasures, look to local food bloggers who've willingly shared their finds on their websites and in their blog writing. In alphabetical order, here is a list of some of the best food bloggers currently writing in and about central New York:
Chus on Chow by Dave and Lonnie Chu are the local food adventures of two Eastwood-based foodies. Recently they've been commenting on the Eastwood Byrne Dairy milk (bad) and Syracuse's newest Indian restaurant, Taj Majal on Erie Blvd. (good.)

Mr. Dave, a 30-something “food blogger extraordinaire” writing somewhere in the suburbia of New York state's capital district offers Ridiculous Food Society of Upstate New York with wit and a sense of humor. In addition to other local bloggers, Syracuse readers with an interest in food and food events can find food information in the blogs at Slow Food CNY and at the Syracuse Real Food Co-op.

I second Pulled Into Syracuse. He reviews only restaurants in the city of Syracuse which is really important to me.
Not only does Josef stick to Syracuse restaurants, but his reviews are thorough and fair. I've found that my experience at a restaurant he has reviewed is likely to be just as he described his own. Glad you also appreciate his work, Susan!
